Our serene and cozy condo is the perfect blend of rustic and modern comfort; nestled among beautiful mountain forest. This is a place to relax and recharge while enjoying the convenient proximity (2 miles into town) to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, hiking in the Smoky's and so much more. A truly magical destination for whatever is on your bucket list!
One pool and game room located on property and 2 more to choose from with tennis courts. Pools, game room & gym are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. So much to do and this is the perfect location to be centrally located and still have the quiet nestled in the mountains.

Welcome to BooBear Hideaway. We are your hosts, Mike and Laura Boos. We have 4 boys, 3 daughter in laws and 7 grandkids. We love the outdoors, exploring new places, finding hidden treasures in unknown cities and traveling!
We intend to be the best hosts that we can. Having stayed at many short term rentals, we have become accustomed to having all the necessities of home without having to worry about packing everything we own. This is our first condo in the building (BooCub Hideaway is the second). We have loved coming here so much that we wanted extra space for more family members
We started 2021 with the idea of owning our own short term rental and decided to start traveling throughout the US to find the perfect spot. It didn't take long before we knew that Gatlinburg was exactly where we wanted to be. We fell in love with this condo the moment we saw it. We loved the beautiful drive up the mountain and feeling like we were exploring a secret destination. We loved that it was minutes to the center of the Gatlinburg strip and Pigeon Forge's Parkway and all their glorious madness. We loved the view, the parking, the greenery and the sweet family of bears who live in the backyard, frequently found playing and wrestling around like puppies. We knew this condo would be a gift to everyone who rented it.
Whether it's relaxing on the inviting porch with a beautiful view, playing in the pools or recreation areas or going out exploring, there is something for everyone here.

Why they chose this property
We chose this property after looking extensively for something that had the perfect amount of charm with just enough mountain views to satisfy those lazy days when you just want to relax. It was important to have access to pools and tennis courts for the grandkids so that was a must when looking for a property. High Alpine Condominiums had it all.
What makes this property unique
It's truly an adventure to drive up the side of a mountain and absorb the majestical views as you drive. The roads are twists and turns that keep you on your toes, wondering what the next corner will bring. Breathtaking views welcome you at the top just before you drive into the parking lot of Upper Alpine Condominiums. It's definitely worth the trip!
