We were a group of 6 mountain bikers and this house was the perfect accommodation. The host was polite, with great communication and very accommodating. Excellent location, close to shops and direct trails access.
Great home with loads of space, beautiful outdoor areas and views of the red rocks. Near lots of attractions. Look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend.
We traveled to Sedona to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and this home was perfect for our family stay. We loved the spacious house with bedrooms for everyone. The yard and patios were beautiful. Looking forward to staying again!
Beautiful home . Perfect for 2 families. We had 7 teens/college aged kids with us. It was perfect for adults to have space and privacy with bathrooms in 3 of the rooms and kids had open game room to hang out and watch tv/play pool. Kitchen was great fro cooking and outdoor area was perfect for fire pit and grilling. Hot tub great added bonus. Owner was helpful and communicated promptly as needed by text .
We rented this house for our family to stay in for the weekend of my sons wedding in Sedona. Each time I was in contact with Lori whether it was by phone, email, or text she was so friendly and helpful. The house is amazing. It has so much space and plenty of room for family and friends to have a very comfortable stay. Everything you need was available and the cabinets were labeled so there was never a time searching for something you needed. The view from the front porch is spectacular. For us it was such a busy weekend with the rehearsal dinner and the wedding we didn't get to relax and enjoy the house as much as we wish. If you are going to Sedona I would highly recommend staying here, We will go back at some point to stay again but next time it will be a relaxing visit.
After looking for months and almost giving up, I messaged these ladies and asked if I could host my elopement and family bbq and they said yes.
I was warned when given check in instructions that the ac couldn’t go below 70 because it would freeze and may not work while frozen.
After arriving, we put our things in the fridge and started to set up. We realized the yard (with the grass) is way smaller than in the photos, which is where we planned to get married. (There was a beautiful driveway we used instead).
During our stay was okay. It is a very beautiful house with antique touches. But there were some fall backs. The fridges hardly got cold until the day we were leaving. Which left us with lukewarm drinks and food. When we went to shower, we couldn’t get warm water. Thankfully one of my guests is a plumber. He found the water heater and the pilot light wasn’t even lit. He lit it and about an hour later it was fine.
When I went to shower in the master suite, the same thing again (there are two different water heaters). Took two hours to get warm water.
The rules are more strict than any other place I’ve been. if any trash is left you get charged $100. Which stinks because we ran out of trash bags and the dumpsters were full from the rest of our trash. If there’s smoking at all on the property or in the house it’s a $500 FEE. I absolutely understand no smoking in the house, but on the property is crazy.
The home was located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood a short drive from town. The large living room was a perfect gathering spot for the family to enjoy morning coffee together and the back patio was a cozy and relaxing retreat each evening for us all to hang out and socialize before bed.
The home could use some esthetic upgrading but nothing was wrong with it. The only "issue" we found was one bedroom did not have a bathroom and the shared bath was only a half bath, making coordinating showers a challange with so many people.
Overall, a great location and spot
Everything is as advertised. Very nice house. Huge yard so you feel like you're more secluded. Super close to stores and restaurants. Sitting in that living room looking at Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock was awesome. We saw snow fall on it and then melt in a few hours.
Visiting Sedona with a large group? Look no further!
Great property in the heart of Sedona, very close to all the attractions. The property is perfectly designed to stay with large groups and you can enjoy the pool table after a day full of adventure.
There was some some issue with the swimming pool a couple of days before our arrival and the property manager, Donna, is so sweet that she proactively notified us and worked with us to find the best possible solution.
I would highly recommend a stay here!
This was a perfect place for a Ladies Getaway week. The house was well maintained and clean, perfectly situated to downtown Sedona without feeling like you were in a downtown area.
This house was perfect for two families traveling to Sedona for spring break. the perfect number of bedrooms, bathrooms, great outdoor space, and the view was amazing, highly recommend. Close to all hikes and downtown. Hosts were amazing!
Had a great stay at this property! We had 8 adults/teens and there was enough room to relax, eat in, soak up some sun and spread out. The outdoor patio and pool area were so relaxing and the outdoor cooking space and grill means you can eat in and do things at your own pace. The property was clean and well maintained and is close enough to walk to Starbucks or the nearby park to enjoy a walk or pickle all ball game. Would highly recommend this property and we are hoping to stay again in the future.
The best part about the home is the view out the front windows ❤️! The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable, quiet and enjoyable. As others have stated, the interior of the home is dated and needs new carpet in the front bedroom. While there we didn’t have use of the master shower as there was an issue with the water heater but Donna and Lori worked hard to get it remedied to no avail. Overall we enjoyed our time!
Our family stayed here for a wedding and we numbered 7 adults and 3 young children. The house and property was spacious enough for us all to roam and not feel cramped (ok except maybe not when were were all trying to make our coffee at the same time ;) ). When walking in, you definitely get the sense that this is a historic house that has a lot of luxury touches (peep the cool vintage appliances in the kitchen). The TV and media were super easy to use, kitchen easy to navigate, and the property was easy to find. The owner/property managers were very easy to get a hold of and the young (brave) kids even jumped in the pool in October. Any minor issues we had were resolved quickly. If anything could be improved, it might be the mattresses. They are a bit lumpy and, more importantly, very loud when you make any sort of movement. Would love to see the owners upgrade these to match the plush, luxury feel throughout the rest of the house. My toddler LOVED the house and property....she amused her self ALL day just doing loops through and around the house and into the cute side yards. The master bed/bath/closet is jaw dropping. The pool table/theater room is where we spent most of our time and it was great to stream a movie for the kids (while they sat in theater chairs) in the same room the adults could play pool in. Overall, would absolutely stay here again!!
Loved the spaciousness and location. We were very comfortable. Loved the view. Only a few comments...throw out the Mr. coffee...took more than 30 minutes to brew one pot. House sleeps at least 14, but only 6 coffee cups and one steak knife and no baking dishes ( couldn't even bake brownies). Otherwise, it was wonderful. Minor issues.
This property was perfect for our family together in Sedona. It was close to the trails and in a quiet neighborhood!! Property was clean and the property manager was great to work with. She handled any concerns we had and always responded quickly! Would definitely stay here again!!
This was a very relaxing home and location. Beautiful views, and many extras. Firetable, heated pool, gas grill, game & theater room. Large kitchen and several eating areas. The host, Donna was so kind and met our every needs. Would definitely stay here again if needing a large house for a large group.
Property is in a nice location but figure this is a recent acquisition for owner and may have been an investment. But for a $1.5m value, this could use some updating to be in line with typical customer looking for a property of this caliber.
Amazing older house with many upgrades, still keeping the charm of the 70s and a few features dated even earlier! Had a little hiccup with no coffee filters but owner quickly responded and had some delivered. We never used the pool but it was clean under the warming cover. Rooms were massive and all suites sufficiently stocked with pillows and blankets. Box springs noisy in the suites down the hallway, but bunk area and Primary Suite was fine. We spent a lot of time on the back deck, enjoying the cool evenings. Plenty of hot water and lots of space to spread out for 8 adults. Owner is quick and responsive to messages.
The house was perfect for our family reunion. The host answered all my questions quickly. Would stay here again. The only reason for 4 stars is we did not have air conditioning for 4 of the 5 days.
