The downtown duplex (Manor - both sides together) sleeps up to 17 guests, and perches over lower Deer Valley Drive and is the perfect location for Sundance Film Festival as well as access to all three world class resorts. Easy access anywhere in town via the free bus transit system, with the bus station just across the way from the property. The duplex has two separate entrances and no inside door connecting the two sides.

A diverse sleeping arrangement throughout the townhome allows for singles trips, multi-generational family gatherings, and Sundance corporate groups alike to maximize their enjoyment together in one location and two units. Each unit has been thoughtfully remodeled in recent years, and has a well-stocked kitchen and living space, cozy fireplace, and ample bedroom and bathroom space. The property backs up to open space and offers a private townhome garage for parking for 4 cars. Garage space is an important consideration when traveling to Park City's downtown area. This property has substantial garage space for storage of ski and snowboard gear in winter, as well as bikes and paddleboards in summer.

Unit one has 3 bedrooms configured to sleep a maximum of 12. The master offers a King bed and a Queen sleep sofa. The main level offers a King bedroom and an office area. The upstairs bedroom is a large upstairs room offering one King bed, a Twin over Queen bunk bed, and an additional Full sized futon bed.

Unit two has 2 bedrooms configured to sleep a maximum of 5. The master offers a California King master bedroom and a second bedroom with Twin over Full bunk set and a separate Twin sleep sofa in the main living area.

Great location and very functional duplex!

Overall the duplex was functionally very good. The location is great, just a few minutes away from Main st. and from the Town Lift. The amenities are very good and, overall, the duplex is very functional. My only feedback is that we were surprised that is was actually a duplex. Upon reviewing the actual listing, it is indeed kind of buried in there that it is a duplex. No big deal, but the property managers should be super clear about it in the listing.

Amazing group trip

This house was awesome. The beds were all very comfortable, and it easily fit our group of 16. You can't beat the location, 5 minute walk to all shops and restaurants on Main St. very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for large groups

Stayed here for a bachelor party with 15 guys. Check in and checkout process was easy and they accommodated both early and late check in / out requests. Only a 10 minute walk to Main Street. House was spacious with numerous beds for a majority of the group, and pull out futons / cots for the remainder.

Easy walk to Main Street and transporation

We had off and on 14 people very comfortable here- All adults from 19-80. Worked well for family gathering. We did arrive in a heat wave, so Condo a little warm until sun went down. No AC on main floor. otherwise, well supplied, clean and comfortable. Fans are provided for the warmer times of the day.

Great location, clean space

You can’t beat the location of this property as town is walking distance but the house is away from the noise. The property is a house that has been divided into 2 units whuch was perfect for our group. It was easy to leave the door between the units open so everyone was connected, but when folks wanted more private time, that was possible as well. Great design of space!

What a Perfect Location with hot tub!

We really enjoyed our stay in Park City. We walked a few minutes to to the heart of main street which had dozens of shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, necessary amenities, easy check in and comfortable. It had a top notch hot tub on the balcony which was key after a long day. Communication with our host was responsive. Thank you, next time in town we will be back!

Great Location! Great Amenities!

We loved staying here! It was spacious enough for the 13 of us without feeling on top of each other. There were lots of extra frills with things being stocked. We loved the hot tub & how quick of a walk it was to Main Street! This is a great space with the split units where the group could split in half - we let the early birds take one side and the rest take the other! The only thing we were happy to pack in our suitcase was coffee, extra trash bags & stopped for extra toilet paper when we got in town. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Park City as well! Hope to be back soon!

We had a great weekend

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. It’s a big, beautiful home. It’s in great proximity to Park City, Deer Valley, and other amenities. It didn't take us more than 20 minutes to find the venues we wanted to visit. The communication and access were awesome! The garage is huge and there was plenty of parking outside. It was easy to find it’s just a few minutes off the freeway. The kitchen area is huge with miles of counter space. The refrigerator was large enough to hold everything we needed. The beds and bedding are better than average. The bedrooms are big, and the master is very very spacious. There are plenty of bathrooms, so no waiting for a shower. Unlimited hot water. Watching the sunrise on the deck was amazing. The is a big table with chairs on the back deck, a hot tub, and an outdoor gas fireplace. However, we couldn’t get it to light. Things that could have been better: #1 (this needs to be fixed) the area rugs in the house don’t have rubber backing on them combined with the hard wood floors and it’s an accident waiting to happen. My 80-year-old mother could have been seriously hurt if I hadn’t been there when she slipped. #2 the seating area around the TV was disappointing. There are only a few uncomfortable chairs and a small couch. There should be a big sectional couch with room to seat at least 12. We had a great weekend. We rolled up the rugs, sat in the chairs, watched a movie, ate too much, and laughed until our sides hurt.
