A lovely getaway with all the amenities!

The house was gorgeous, roomy, and so comfortable! Communication with the host/management was prompt and helpful and went above and beyond on the first day to make our arrival such a breeze. Our entire stay was fantastic and the place had everything we needed, including complimentary coffee. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

Great Bend Vacation

From the beginning to the end of our stay, the communication from the owner has been flawless via their app and text. The checkin process was seamless, and the photos and descriptions were accurate. We have stayed in fancier VRBOs, but this one served our purpose exactly. Everyone had their own bedroom, and to be honest if we had two more kids they would’ve survived in the two living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs).which each had a large screen TV. The kitchen was great and the three bathrooms were nice .The garage could fit two cars, and the mudroom with washer/drtyer was great.Nice enclosed backyard with a great HOT TUB for after skiing (30 mins to the mountain). Location was in a safe cul de sac minutes from the community firness center/pool 9 day rate). We highly recommend this place! Well priced too!

Great house with plenty of room!

We appreciated the house in a great neighborhood. Robin at property management was fabulous to send someone out ASAP when the air conditioner stopped working, both friendly and professional.

Swim Meet Weekend

Family trip to Bend for a swim meet. Kids had plenty of room to play and the house was very clean. Property manager alerted us that unfortunately the hot tub was down and unavailable during our stay, which was disappointing, however they have assured us they will remove that charge.

Spacious House in a Quiet Neighborhood

Large, spacious, clean house with hot tub. Close proximity to Mt Bachelor and downtown. Neighborhood is VERY quiet and neighbors are easily disturbed. We received a noise compliant for using the hot tub at 7pm.

Nice accomodations overall

We had a great time in Bend visiting our son for thanksgiving. Regarding the home that we rented, the actual description says five bedrooms-sleep ten. A better description would be 4 bedrooms with a small office space or sitting room where there is a Queen size bed located. Our problem with that was that the room was so small and didn't have a closet or any hanging space. So we either had to use the floor around the bed or place our items and suitcases outside of the bedroom. Not convenient at all. Maybe smaller children might be suited better in that room but in reality its not an actual bedroom without a closet. Otherwise the house was nice for a crowd.

Nice, big house

This house fit our needs to a T. It was large and spacious and in a nice neighborhood. Less than 2 miles from the Hospital. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable.

Great neighborhood

Awesome place, need more supplies for cleaning also it would be helpful to have extra refrigerator and/or freezer space. Maybe an extra unit in the garage. The bed in the master bedroom was fantastic!

Weekend in Bend

We were all in town for a wedding and the place was great for our large group (adults and babies). The house is big and everyone felt like they had their own space as well as great communial areas. The only downside to it being a big house was that the rooms upstairs were hot the first night and downstairs was cold. The property management company was great and brought us nice fans for each room to help cool things down-it really did help!

50th Birthday Celebration

There was 10 of us for a 50th birthday and I’ll say there was plenty of room for us all to stretch out! Nice quiet neighborhood and the house had everything we needed. The welcoming neighborhood cat was a nice touch!! Would definitely stay again with a large group.

Reunion stay

House was in a very nice neighborhood which was extremely quiet and well maintained. House needs some minor repairs. We were in town for the Sisters quilts show. We did some site seeing in Bend and enjoyed several local restaurants while in Bend.

Amazing home

It was such a great stay. Had 8 friends over for a birthday weekend and this home had everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was beautiful and had the best time while being there.

Spacious and comfortable newer home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nicely furnished newer home in good condition on the east side of Bend. The master suite is large. The large kitchen has plenty of furnishings. There were a couple of minor maintenance items that the management company quickly took care of. They were very responsive. For the most part, the beds were good (not great). Members of our party mentioned one bed that they were not happy with. Air conditioning worked well, which helped on 90 degree days. The location is in a newer subdivision. There is a park in the subdivision. Other than this, there wasn't really anywhere to walk to. The nearest shopping and restaurants are 1 1/2 miles away on a busy street. It seems like everywhere else we wanted to go was a 10 - 15 minute drive west to the center of town. If you use the hot tub, check the temperature early. Hot tubs take a while to fully heat up if not up to temperature.
