Be among the first renters to enjoy this gorgeous condo! This spacious elegant luxury condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large balcony with breathtaking views of Ole River, the Bay, pool and the Gulf. The condominium has a private beach walkway which leads to the beach.

The beautiful elegant coastal furnishings in this unit will take your breath away. This Bella Luna unit features a king bed in the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 Queen Beds with an attached full bath. The unit has a queen size sofa-sleeper. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or dinner with the family. The unit has a full size washer and dryer inside and free wi-fi is provided. There are flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms and living room.

What makes Bella Luna Condominiums one of the top condos in the area!
Bella Luna offers 3 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, state of the art fitness center with TV's attached to equipment, a sauna, steam room, and a first come first serve tie-up area for your boat. There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Beach access is just across the street. There are water views from every direction.

Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite for an additional cost.

Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. Parking passes purchased upon arrival through the HOA with a maximum of 2 passes.

**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.

A driver's license and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Beautiful condo and close to everything!
It is a stunning property that we enjoyed with our 3 young adult sons. Lots of swimming, beach time, and board game playing. We also enjoyed delicious, fresh seafood at many local restaurants. It was a perfect getaway! :)

Beautiful escape in Orange Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, and a wonderful place for my family to stay while in Orange Beach. It was comfortable, great view, and we loved the private beach access. The only negatives (which wouldn't keep us from staying here again), were the lack in some necessities. There were no spare toilet paper rolls outside of the ones on the holder, so we had to buy our own. Only one packet of dishwasher detergent (i.e. could only run one load during our stay), no extra trash bags, etc. Definitely take your own pillow if you stay here (the ones here are super flat and seem to be 10+ years old). Outside of those things, the unit was a nice place for our family. We never reached out to the property management company about these things, because they really weren't deal breakers for us (just annoyances), but they were great at communicating with us prior to our arrival and checked in with us on our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. The management team are good to work with. There are not enough towels. Not enough cookware. The washer and dryer are Ancient, the laundry room was very dusty. With no instructions on how to use. Luckily management did. The jetted tub in the master br was disgusting. I used two packets of jet cleaner and they were still gross. Management came to clean while we were out. They were still pretty gross my advice is not to use. The view was mediocre.

1) Deck furniture is worn out, broken and not safe to sit in 2) chairs at table on the deck are worn out and very uncomfortable 3) when we got here the master bathroom was stopped up. 4) When we arrived, all we did is drop off luggage. We left for dinner and when we came back to the Condo, it smelled like something was dead. At first, I thought it was the commode. After we Un-stopped it, it still stunk. I was at the sink and smelt it again. Whomever was there last or the cleaners did not turn on the garbage disposal. I turned it on and poured cleaner in it and that resolved the issue. 5) There’s a hole in the floor under the rug in the den. 2 tripped in it and twisted their ankle. 6) There are NO dishes you can put in the oven for like dips or casseroles 7) Not a sharp knife in the condo. 8) The storage drawer under the warming drawer was stuck and we couldn’t get it open until finally, Thursday night. 9) back door in the den… lock is off and can’t lock the door 10) when air does come on ...it smells like mold and real musty. Thermostat is loose and we could not get the air to go down below 70. 11) light in MBR fan does not work. Fan works, not the light 12) oven racks are very dangerous. We cooked bacon on a pan with parchment paper. When it was dine, we opened the oven and the rack flipped out on us. 13) we donated to beach chairs in the closet.

Spring Break
This was our first time staying at the Bella Luna. The condo was so clean and had a great view of the inlet. We enjoyed watching boats from the dock. The pool area inside and out was so nice. The outdoor hot tub was perfect for cool nights. The deck is spacious with lots of great furniture. We will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful condo. We were only there for a few days while some work was being done on our home. When we first arrived late in the evening we could not figure out the Nest thermostat. (No instructions, we looked)The condo was 68°. I contacted the rental agent first thing the next morning and she sent a link to instructions. Condo dropped to 61° even though it said it was heating. Finally repairman replaced thermostat, but it took many hours to warm up to comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This place was great! Only issue we had was the coffee pot did not heat. I am a coffee drinker. It was easy getting in and out of the parking. Pools were always nice and clean. The condo was wonderful spacious. We will be back!

Getaway Oasis
The stay here at the Bella Luna was absolutely remarkable. My kids (10 and 5) loved having this incredible unit that opened up to a beautiful and spacious balcony. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities both in and outdoor. The location was spot on with being two minutes from Flora-Bama Yacht Club that was great entertainment for both kids and adults. The unit itself was clean and picture perfect. We will be back!!

From our arrival to our checkout. Everything was great. The staff was so nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The condo we stayed in was beautiful. A great huge balcony overlooking the canal. Beautiful swimming pools and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Great restaurants and happy hours throughout the Gulf Shores. Highly recommend the Bella Luna.
