The Golden Getaway - A Renovated & Spacious Condo in a Quiet, Gated Community
THE PRESERVE AT WOODS EDGE - GATED COMMUNITY - BONITA SPRINGS - POOL - FULLY FURNISHED - Located just off of US 41 south of Bonita Beach Rd. and is convenient to some of the best beaches in the world (Wiggins Pass, Lovers Key, Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach to name a few), major shopping centers, golf courses, & fantastic restaurants! In a prime location having anything you could want at your fingertips.
Our first floor bright and newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo is perfect for any getaway. Updated with NEW furniture throughout including NEW vinyl plank flooring. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a NEW king sleep number Mattress, has a walk-in closet, and a 50" SMART TV with Roku capability. The second bedroom has new twin beds, a spacious closet, and a 42" TV with Roku SMART capability. All new and luxury linens throughout. The Kitchen has all the necessities and more for your stay! Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig or if you prefer, feel free to make a pot with our Mr. Coffee coffee maker. The living room is furnished with NEW leather furniture and a 55" SMART TV. All 3 TV's are logged into YouTube TV for your convenience. We also provide high speed Wi-Fi & keyless entry. There is no better place to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine than on the lanai enjoying all of the Florida sounds. The gated pool is about 25 feet from our back porch which makes trips easy back and forth if you happen to get hungry for a snack or need a refill. The pool also has a grilling area for our guests to use. Walking distance to many restaurants including Mel’s Diner, Pinchers, KFC, Taco Bell and Dunkin’. Just outside the gated entrance is a nice riding or walking trail. Bike can be rented at a local bike shop, delivered to the condo. Less than a 3 mile ride to the beach or just over a two mile ride to our favorite ice cream shop Sweet Mellisa’s. There is ONE parking slot labeled for your convenience along with guest parking on site. There are 4 brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and towels available for our guests.

Ellie & Zach got married in July of 2021. We are both originally from Michigan and have always wanted a condo in Florida and we made that dream come true! We absolutely love the area and hope to host you on your next vacation. We just added a member to our family in October of 2024 with our first born, Ollie Allread.
Why they chose this property
We love our condo because it is centrally located with the beach less than 3 miles away and the pool about 20 steps from our back porch. It’s centrally located, but also offers rare privacy in Bonita with the gated community aspect. This property is perfect for anyone who wants the ability to go out to restaurants and attractions but also come home to a quiet and relaxing gated community inside of a nature preserve.
