The 63 sqm Non smoking apartment on the upper floor is completely new furnished and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single beds, and two more sleeping on the couch (pull-out sofa bed) in the living room. The separate kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A covered terrace with barbecue and two parking spaces is available for use. The initial supply of bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.
In the newly renovated holiday home you have an apartment in the basement and an apartment upstairs available. Away from the hustle and bustle, nestled in untouched nature and yet only 3.5 km from Ahlbeck and the seemingly endless sandy beaches of the island of Usedom. Korswandt is surrounded by beech forests, meadows, as well as the Gothensee and the Wolgastsee. The house is located only 100 meters from the Wolgastsee and is located on a busy street. In the village there are restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a snack bar right on the Wolgastsee. The nearest supermarket is 3 km away and is located at the entrance to Seebad Ahlbeck. Nearby is the golf course Baltic Hills.
