Stay at Pendleton

I was amazed at how clean it was, telling my kids it was cleaner than any place I have ever stayed. Excellent assistance from Johnathan when I needed it. The proximity to amenities was perfect. I really do plan on staying their again; just 1/2 mile from my kids. Thank you for a pleasant visit

Winter Escape for Two Englewood

Stayed month of April 2023, stellar time in Englewood area. Joseph very attentive to our pre-check in requests especially the use of the garage. All appliances up & running effectively. Kitchen fully stocked. Enclosed lania was a great addition to unit. Eleven beaches to explore up & down Gulf Mexico.

Lovely new townhouse. Great location

Townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Screened lanai was delightful. Location was convenient for shopping, beaches and entertainment in Venice or Punta Gorda. Host was quickly responsive for small problems. Home was just as pictured.

FANTASTIC OWNER!!!!

I'll start by commenting on the property. I am a claims adjuster and was working damage from Hurricane Ian. The duplex had plenty of room and a large desk for completing my work. The screened in lanai offered a nice space to relax after a long day. I was there for almost two months, and it felt like home almost immediately. Having a garage with a washer and dryer to use was also a nice bonus. There was a grocery store within eyeshot, and more food and grocery options just down the road. The owner was absolutely fantastic. When the power hadn't been restored by my check in date, he sacrificed his property in Sarasota for me to stay in for several days until it was restored. However, the internet did not come back with the power and there was no timeline on getting it back on. Knowing internet access was crucial to by business, the owner purchased a hotspot device and cellular plan just so I could work. Finally, I ordered a Christmas gift to be delivered to the property not realizing it would literally be shipped on a slow boat from China. The package arrived several days after I had returned home and the owner graciously shipped it to me and refused to let me reimburse him. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, even in the aftermath of a major hurricane. If I ever find myself in this area again, I will definitely be contacting this owner.

Summer Beach Getaway

We had been in Englewood last year and wanted to come back. This property had everything we needed. It was very close to Walmart to grab things you may need. Twenty minutes to either Boca Grande or Manasota, the two beaches we went to. Englewood beach was close as well. The coach in the picture has been replaced with a new one that has a chaise lounger on it. We loved the new couch. We would stay here again.

Perfect!

Everything went well. The house was in a quiet neighborhood very clean I would recommend this place. 10 minutes from the beach or 20 depending on traffic but everything was wonderful.

First time to Englewood.

The house is very nice and in a nice residential area. There are several restaurants close by, and the grocery store was 2 minutes away. Very convenient if you don’t want to venture far. The street beside the house is very busy but was a little noisy at times but not enough so to be a problem. The beach was not far away. We had a very nice stay in Englewood.
