Our "Villa Oleandro" located in Capoliveri at "Madonna Delle Grazie", the apartments of the Casa Roberta are the sea about 200 meters from the beach of Madonna delle Grazie, and only in just 5 minutes by car: Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata and South coast, from where you can admire the magnificent Golfo Stella and see on a clear day the island of Pianosa and Corsica.
Villa Oleandro is located near the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, in a quiet village not very crowded by tourists and rich green nature, a place where you can spend a fantastic relaxing holiday.
From the house you can reach the village center, which is on a hill, about 2.6 km / 5 minutes by car. It must be remembered that the seaside resorts of the Comune di Capoliveri are all on the coast, and they need to reach the village take the car. There you will find our customers in our other Struttura, the Villa Calamita, a private parking where you can park the car at rest, without any unpleasant surprises arises. Or from the villa the walk lovers can reach the village in only 10 walking minutes away from the Sanctuary.
Villa Oleandro is a one-bedroom apartment (2 + 1 pers.) As follows:

- Outside covered with a pergola overlooking the sea

- Parking (covered). and as I have written, the customers have a parking space in the center at our other structure "Villa Calamita".

- Pet: once per animal costs 40 EUR (compulsory).
- Bed linen: Bring per tenant per object per day (compulsory).
- Towels: per object and day to bring by the tenant (compulsory).

- Internet: per object and day included in the price.
- Electricity: included in the price per object per day.
- Parking: per object and day included in the price.
- Interim cleaning: per object and week costs of 15 EUR (optional).
