This exclusive penthouse holiday apartment in a promenade villa is located right in the heart of the new BeachBay holiday resort on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. From the roof terrace of the holiday apartment you have a fantastic view over Travemünde harbour, the River Trave and the Baltic Sea.



Enjoy the comfort, the unforgettable view over the sailing harbour, the Trave estuary and the Baltic Sea. Not only from the roof terrace, but also through the numerous panoramic windows, you can see the impressive Passat museum ship and the large Scandinavian ferries gliding past almost within touching distance - a unique panoramic view!



The penthouse is stylishly furnished to a high standard and modern. A special highlight is the bathroom, your personal little wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and steam bath with integrated double rain shower. The feel-good programme continues in the living area, as the flickering flames of the fireplace bathe the room in a particularly cosy light. The sofa can be converted into two comfortable sleeping areas in just a few simple steps.



Of course, the holiday apartment at BeachBay is also equipped with a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray, music system and TV. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos jug and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Wohnung in Top Lage !

Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Montag auf dem Priwall. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Und als Begrüßung war der Delphin Delle vor unserem Haus und sprang freudig aus dem Wasser in die Höhe. Es war auch spannend, die Schiffe zu beobachten, die fast zum Anfassen nahe an unserer Wohnung vorbeifuhren. Die Überfahrten mit der kleinen Fußgängerfähre waren auch entspannt und die abendliche Lichterfahrt war ein Genuss. Leider hatte eine Reservierung in der Tapas Bar nicht geklappt, sie hatten keine Reservierung vorliegen, obwohl ich sogar meinen Namen auf einen Zettel schreiben sollte. Naja, wir sind dann ins Ahoj Restaurant von Henssler gegangen, wo wir auch noch ein 2. Mal ein leckeres Essen bekamen. Gerne wieder mal einen Urlaub in der schönen Wohnung.

Tolle Lage

Wir waren im August für 13 Tage. Tolle Lage, sehr großzügig im Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer etwas klein und wenig Schränke. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist extravagant, was nicht immer praktisch ist. Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war top, wir wurden direkt angerufen, ob wir uns verpäten oder nicht. Reibungsloser Ablauf. Kleiner Wermutstropfen waren einige Stellen in den Bädern, die etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Reinigung und Instandhaltung benötigen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und kommt von dort überall hin. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Rezeption war nicht gut.( Bettwäschepaket /QR Code ).

Promenadenwohnung

Wohnung schön gelegen, direkt an der Promenade mit Blick auf den Hafen von Travemünde. Die Zimmer sind viel kleiner als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Im Duschbad hing ein Stoffvorhang als Ersatz für die beiden Türen der Duschkabine. In diesem Preissegment eine Blamage. Der Weg zu den Mülltonnen ca.200m. Auf der Terrasse stehen Billigmöbel, bei der Liege brach das ganze Kopfende weg und ich knallte mit den Kopf auf den Boden. Für das Geld kann man besser unterkommen.
