5 acres of Large Ponderosa Pines and Oaks, updated LOG house: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with Mt. Elden Views and near Picture Canyon, Mt. Elden, Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, Sedona. Living Room fireplace, beautiful south facing deck and "shaded by large Ponderosa pines" patio. NOTE: Summer Update: We have added a hammock and grill for the summer months. The firepit has been removed due to current fire restrictions (no campfires but gas grills are ok). The 3rd Bedroom has a Heat pump Minisplit Air Conditioning system, however the remainder of the house does not have air conditioning. As nights are cool in Flagstaff all summer, we recommend opening most windows during the night and closing the windows in the morning to keep the cool air inside. The flowers, landscape bushes and trees are watered via an timer irrigation system but feel free to add water if you feel the need! Thank you.

This is a wonderful place close to downtown but away from everything. Close to picture canyon.
Lovely deck and decor-very spacious for 5 of us and a great place for family time. Will definitely be back.
We love living in the mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona. Originally from Minnesota, our family enjoys the mountain fun of hiking, mountain biking and skiing @ Snowbowl. I enjoy skinning up the mountain and my children love to ski and mountain bike. Sedona, Williams, Mt. Humphrey and Grand Canyon are so close so we love to explore those areas too.
Why they chose this property
Over five acres of Ponderosa Pine trees and Gambel Oaks with a long winding driveway makes The Lindsey House an idyllic setting. The 1976 built log house has been heavily updated and the wood burning fireplace really warms the body and soul.
What makes this property unique
Close access to all the attractions of Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Use The Lindsey House has your base to jump off to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, Snowbowl or Mount Elden or Mt. Humphries. Private and secluded but surrounded by other large homes on acreage and so close to Flagstaff city center.
