This cozy, private one-bedroom/one-bathroom condo has a spectacular view of Lake Dillon and is a great location for skiing, hiking, eating, tennis, and generally enjoying your vacation. A pull-out queen couch bed is perfect for sharing the space with kids or friends while you snuggle in your own queen bed. Great Location; Modern & Cozy

We enjoyed the unit and its amenities. Kitchen is sleek and modern. Lighting was great (so many times we have found units too dark, but the tract lighting was wonderful and plentiful in the common areas). Location of this unit was perfect for us as it was only a few miles from Keystone/Arapahoe ski areas with quick access to the highway.

Lock box did not work. Got in though. Condo is nice. Small place, beds were comfortable. Wish there was a hot tub.VRBO said there was. Owner notified us ahead of our stay there was not one. Great time

A great little getaway

A perfect vacation spot. Location is close to all things Dillon. Proposed to my girlfriend during our stay, so we have many memories to look back on.

A little gem of a property

We were a party of two on a staycation from Denver and loved our visit to Lake Dillon! Property is super tidy, comfortable, and well appointed. Gorgeous sunset over the lake in the evening. Easy walk down to the marina and amphitheater. Enjoyed SUPs, tiki bar at the marina, and meals at Arapahoe & Pug Ryan pubs. Highly recommend. We drove our SUPs to a quiet section of the lake but otherwise walked everywhere.

great location, property could use some work

the location was perfect, parking easy, check in smooth. Property has some issues (clogged bathroom sink, damaged flooring, dirty flooring. leaking coffee pot) Bathroom very small if any privacy needed (you wanted to shut the door). Minor updates would make for major improvements.

Nice and Convenient Dillon Condo

Great location in Dillon. Nice Fireplace. Bed and Linens were nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Propoerty Manager Vivi was Great! Overall good stay.

Great views and weekend getaway!

This adorable condo was perfect for a weekend away for my husband and I. A great location to visit multiple spots in Summit county. The view of Lake Dillon while having my morning coffee was amazing. Also, Vivi was very responsive to all my questions which was much appreciated!

The location and patio are nice. The bed is uncomfortable and is need of replacement. Spray cleaner, hand soap, and sponges would be helpful.

Excellent Views!

Everything went smooth, enough room for 2 people to use it as a home base, tiny bathroom but it worked! Nice area, close to everything in Silverthorn/Dillon/ and Keystone. Beautiful fall views of Lake Dillon right out the door!!!

PERFECT weekend getaway

This cozy condo was perfect for a 3-night getaway to relax, shop, try a few new restaurants, and see the fall colors. Fantastic location with a view of the lake and mountains, walkable to town and an easy drive to Frisco and Silverthorne. Bedroom was a little small and could use a refresh but the bed with memory foam mattress was super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for the two of us. Wish the TV was newer and had apps that we could have logged in to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. Overall though this was a great place.

Cozy with a Beautiful view

The condo itself is quite cozy and cute. The view of Dillon Lake is beautiful especially after fallen snow. Well stocked kitchen and remodeled bathroom etc. The fireplace really warmed up the home as well. We didn’t realize it was on the lowest level… The people that were directly above us were quite loud. I don’t know if they were remodeling or just active people but that took away from the experience a bit.

Perfect getaway location!

This cozy condo was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Everything you could need to enjoy feeling at home while being on vacation comes in this place! The views were stunning, making an exceptional stay. Would definitely recommend booking this place!

Excellent Condo and location

Excellent accommodations and location. Perfect for a couple looking to get away in ANY season. Very well stocked in the kitchen, and has been nicely updated throughout. Great easy access to the condo, and close to several stores, restaurants, and ski areas. Couldn't have asked for more.
