This spacious condo is on an upper corner of the main building. WIFI included and every channel in the USA available with free movies! Enjoy the comforts of a KING and two QUEEN beds. There is plenty of room for you, your family, and friends to enjoy and feel comfortable in our spacious living room and bedrooms. We have a nice large balcony for you to relax outside and enjoy some fresh air. Located on site you can find one of the LARGEST pools in Cabo! You can also enjoy all of the amenities on site such as the jacuzzi, game room with a pool table and ping pong, a bar and grill, salon, and much more! There is a washer and dryer on site as well. But besides the amazing property we have, you are in an amazing location! We are centrally located steps away from the beach, a large mall, many many restaurants, bars, nightlife, the marina, and much more! We also offer the best deals to rent your own private yacht! Ask us how!

Very walkable to everything

We were able to walk to the beach, marina, and restaurants. The property manager was amazing and took great care of us.

Great place to stay!

It's a nice property and a good location. Not everything works…. Drains are very slow, and the oven didn’t work, but over all I’d be happy to stay here again.

Location was great. It was just a 2 block walk to the beach. Condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. You would be hard pressed to find a better place for the price.

Awesome location

This has been our 4th visit to Cabo and we had a wonderful time. Location of this property is perfect, close to both the beach and Marina. Owner and Property Manager were great to work with and very helpful. Quick and easy check in process. Unit was very comfortable and had what we needed.

Perfect location

Really enjoyed staying here! Restaurants, marina, downtown are all walkable! There's a little market in the lobby but for bigger shopping walmart and the grocery store are only 1 block away. The balcony view is ok, no construction going on. The twon and mountains were very pretty at night esp with all the windows around the living area.The street is a little noisy with the cars going up the hill at morning rush hour but then again we had all the windows/doors open bc the weather was perfect and we didnt need to turn on the AC all week!!!! Theyre lots of drawers and closet space plus a storage area for your luggage etcShowers were good with lots of water pressure. All in all a great stay! no complaints and would def recommend staying here!!!!

spacious, quiet, great location

Worked out perfectly for 3 brothers-in-law with large living room and balcony, plus 3 queen beds. Close to everything we needed - very nice grocery store, restaurants, and marina all within an easy walk. Well-equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge. Really quiet complex. Nice pool area with bar/food service.

Fabulous accommodation

Everything was excellent. We arrived several hours earlier than check in. The facility stored our luggage and we had access to the pool, restaurants and other amenities during the wait, including a massage at the spa. The condo was plenty spacious for two older teenagers, and two adults. Our on-site coordinator, Heather, helped us with everything. We hit the local restaurants, bought groceries at a fabulous supermarket nearby, and did several scuba/snorkel dives. All within easy walking distance. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cabo.

Enjoy this home owned by a family born and raised in California. We enjoy our time in Cabo San Lucas so much that we decided to purchase a home there. We are Real Estate agents in Temecula Ca and split our time between Cabo and California. We have two adult children with the hopes to have grandchildren one day soon to share our love of travel with.

Why they chose this property

We choose this property in Marina Sol because of it's centrally located to everything. We are a 2 min walk to Medano Beach, Mango Deck and to see the beautiful Arch. We also loved the fact that we can walk 5 mins to eat all the authentic Mexican food in Downtown and at night we can walk to the marina to have dinner there as well. We loved all of the amenities Marina Sol has to offer like taking a dip in the hot tub at night. If we don't feel like walking we're able to eat at the restaurant at Marina Sol. Our condo is on the corner which is very spacious and private with the gorgeous night lights of the city.
