All Avenues homes are old but the Avenues are considered to be one of the best areas in the valley.The lower Avenues homes are
largely on historic registers and we’re built by early pioneers. In the 50s very boxy homes went up with spectacular views Many remodels have begun including on this property. You gave completely remodeled living spaces but still the bastagia of retro best grooms that are always great conversation pieces with their crazy colors ( in our case pink and baby blue! Lol ) But make no mistake that the Avenues are considered to be a very prestigious area and several big names including sports figure Karl Malone and the late Larry Miller lived just three -4 blocks from the Airbnb! There are parks and playgrounds and dog parks! The entrance to the beautiful city creek canyon where you will find wonderful places to picnic along the river or find a great hike!

Comicon shenanigans

Before i go into the house, Mina was an AMAZING host. She was ready for us and had everything in tip top shape prior to arrival, to include some very thorough instructions. Thank you very much! The house is very beautiful and has plenty of space and is well appointed to accommodate family fun. The balcony is perfect for evening discussions and to unwind as the day ends. The neighborhood is quiet and located just far enough from town to give it a country feel but not too far as access is still quick. I loved our time here and thank you so much!

Great location and unit!

The property is wonderfully located and much bigger than we thought it would be (plenty of space for just 3 of us). Very clean and well maintained. Nice quiet neighborhood. Communication was great. Highly recommended!

Lovely Stay

SLC Retreat

We had a great time in this home and visiting SLC. We were there on a little business and stayed a week. The home is very comfortable and was perfect for our needs. We got to know the area, and the location of the home is ideal. Our host was very hospitable and accommodating. We love it so much, we’re bringing our very large family back out to SLC and the ski slopes next year.

Fantastic place with beautiful views!

My wife and I stayed here while visiting our freshman at U of U. It was in a really nice, quiet neighborhood and the house had all the amenities we needed. The view of SLC from the master bedroom as well as the balcony have to be unmatched with anywhere in the city. That’s what drew us to this house and it did not disappoint. Our host, Mina, was incredibly responsive for the few questions I had over the few days we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in safe neighborhood

Great communication with Mina the host. Loved the location- far enough from the city in a quiet safe neighborhood but an easy drive. We made plenty of day trips to the local attractions. We received a lot of input from the host on where to go and what to do. Clean large rooms with a great view of the city. Would stay here again.

Quiet Charming And Breathtaking Views

Enjoyed this upper level, clean, large two bedroom with 2 full baths home very much. The great room and family room with large TV were very comfortable along with the bedrooms for sleeping. The views of the city at night were spectacular and you get the benefit of being away from all of the traffic and noise yet still close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had everything you might need but be prepared to hand wash your dishes as there isn't a dishwasher. Cabinets are older and hard to open but it's not a huge inconvenience compared to all of the qualities of the home. Garage was too small for our large SUV but there's safe parking on the driveway and street. Nice coffee bar with coffee provided and no sugar sweetener.

Gorgeous duplex stay

We were delighted to stay in Mina’s gorgeous, comfortable top level duplex! It is in the upper avenues, so lovely views and good hill walking for a nice workout. So many thoughtful touches— cozy throws and pillows, coffee bar, great cooking tools and spices, multiple TVs, laundry, shampoo/conditioner in the showers, even a poker set. I would not advise for families with small children due to very steep stairs, but for our bigger kids it was fantastic. Mina was so easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Perfect place to stay in salt lake

This two bedroom house for perfect for us (husband, wife and 17 year old son) the balcony view is spectacular. The location is safe, convenient and beautiful. It is 15 minutes from the airport and an hour to Brighton ski resort, crater canyon and several universities. The communication with the manager/owner was easy. She was uber attentive. The owners even left us coffee and hot chocolates. And it was amazingly clean!

Spectacular Location

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas vacation at this roomy, well-appointed perch above Salt Lake City. Stunning views. Washer and Dryer. Fireplace. Big dining table. We're coming back. And Mina was always responsive and ready to help

Outstanding views and quiet location

We enjoyed our stay, everything is as advertised! The layout of the home is perfect for two couples or more. Mina was lovely to work with!! We spent most of our time on the covered deck, overlooking the city. We will most certainly be back to this property!

One of the best, if not THE BEST VRBO experiences! The property is amazing- incredible views of the city, well stocked, thoughtful touches, cozy decor, comfortable beds, so spacious…the list goes on. The view are truly million dollar. The remodel is tasteful. The property is minutes from downtown and minutes to University of Utah. We have stayed at numerous properties and this one is a favorite.
