About this property

Beautiful 3-room apartment with 70 sqm in a pedestrian area in the center of the small town of Can Picafort.

Caution !! The electricity during the stay has to be paid extra (0.45 € for KW)

Can Picafort has about 8000 inhabitants. There are nightlife options and two large supermarkets near the apartment. The sandy beach has a length of 7 km. The promenade is a stone's throw from the apartment. As a former tour guide, I would be happy to give you further tips.
The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The shower has a hot water boiler. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with air conditioning. From the spacious terrace you get a view of the green.

The house rules allow keeping animals in the apartment.
Electricity is charged on the day of departure based on consumption at 24 cents / kWh.

Bon appartement dans une station balnéaire

Appartement propre avec une belle terrasse dans une station balnéaire animée (un peu de bruit en soirée). La mer est toute proche avec une grande plage occupée à 80% par des transats payants A noter des odeurs d’égout très désagréables dans les toilettes. Une des chambres a son unique fenêtre qui donne sur un mur à 20cm de la fenêtre. L’appartement est climatisé hormis cette chambre.La communication avec la propriétaire a été difficile: aucune information de sa part à moins de 24h de l’arrivée, nous avons dû appeler Abritel pour avoir son numéro et finir par avoir les informations sur notre arrivée. Pour le départ, nous avons eu les consignes vers 23h la veille, message froid.

Wonderful large apartment

Overall really spacious apartment with almost everything needed (some kitchen paper roll and garbage bag would be practical though) Huge balcony, perfect location. Electricity 0.45 EUR / kWh, without air conditioning it was 12 euros for 4 nights. Advice 1: Don't park your car on the yellow line in front of the apartment to avoid fine. Advice 2: Don't leave any breadcrumbs to avoid ants. Advice 3: Don't let the wi-fi's battery go dead if you want Internet

The appartement is absolutely super. Lovely terras, all around app. Very clean, enough toewels plus kitchen equipement. Surroundings, main street, lots of shops and restaurants. Boulevard and beach 50m away. Its in the low rise building area. Hardly no big hotels in the area, which I very much appreciatie. I will definately come back

Dejlig lejlighed, og super beliggenhed. Værten er nem at kommunikere med, og svare hurtigt. 🙂 Fin plads til 5 voksne. Lejligheden var kold i april, men den ville være perfekt til sommer. Der kunne jeg godt bo igen. 🙂

Frühling auf Mallorca

Hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf Mallorca. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen voll und ganz entsprochen. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, die Heizung funktionierte, die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es gab auch richtige Decken, denn zu dieser Jahreszeit kann es nachts doch kalt werden. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: der Kanal stank in den beiden Badezimmern manchmal sehr stark. Hatten aber letztes Jahr das selbe Problem in einem anderen Appartment. Zur Lage: Das Appartement befindet sich im Zentrum von Can Picafort. In der Nebensaison war es schon schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. In der Hauptsaison könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es außerdem dann schon laut werden kann. In ca. 10 Minuten konnte man zu Fuß zu Aldi einkaufen gehen. Toll wäre noch ein Geschirrspüler. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Februar 2024 Can Picafort

Mallorca um diese Jahreszeit ohne Massentourismus, Wetter wunderbar. Man sollte aber beachten das die Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht alle geöffnet haben aber durch die Ferienwohnung alles kein Problem da man sich alleine versorgen kann, in der Nähe Einkaufsmärkte Aldi, Lidl und Eroski usw. und ein wunderbares Restaurant in der Nachbarstr Petit San Remo (Eis, Kuchen, Tapas, Salat, Pizza...). Ferienwohnung hat ein große Terrasse die um die Wohnung herum geht. Liegt inmitten einer Einkaufsstraße und nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schnell und unkompliziert. Würde die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.

Schöner Urlaub in einer Top Lage.

Alles in allem eine schöne grosse Wohnung in Top Lage. Einige kleinigkeiten müsste jedoch in absehbarer Zeit renoviert werden. Sauberkeit hätte auch besser sein können. Die Sache mit der Abrechnung für den Strom gestalltet sich auch kompliziert. Als wir bereits abgereist waren, hat die Vermieterin sich gemeldet für die Abrechnung, bzw. zum ablesen des Stromverbrauchs. Dies könnte besser gereglt werden. Also konnte ich den Stromverbrauch nicht bezahlen.

Das Apartment ist sehr gross, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer (1 davon ist klein aber ok), schönes Wohnzimmer mit top Küche, alles was man braucht. Sehr grosse Terrasse, man fühlt sich wohl. Sehr sauber, top Lage (wirklich sehr Zentral)

Muy agradable estancia en Can Picafort

Estuvimos muy a gusto, la casa estaba súper bien equipada e impecable cuando llegamos. La terraza es una maravilla. Zona muy bien comunicada , con la playa a menos de 5 minutos y varios supermercados al lado. Muy recomendable.

Vollständige Wohnung mit allen nötigen Gebrauchsgegenständen

Funktionelle und voll ausgestattete Wohnung, mitten im Geschehen von Can Picafort. Wir haben die Wohnung und die direkte Lage genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Dafür war die Bezahlung des Strom unklar. Wir informierten uns am Tag vor Abreise über die Abrechnungart per Whatsapp. Die Antwort kam leider erst am nächsten Tag und nach der vereinbarter Abreisezeit, sodass wir der Aufforderung "20 Euro in der Wohnung hinterlegen" nicht nachgekommen konnten.
