Spend your holiday in this luxurious penthouse apartment in the BeachBay holiday area. Here on the Priwall in Travemünde, the dune villas are nestled in nature and live up to their name. The view of the beach grass and the landscaped sand dunes is unique. The exclusive penthouses are located on the 2nd floor of the beach house-style villa.



The highlight of the penthouse is the spacious 42 square metre roof terrace, which offers a wonderful place in the sun. Here you can enjoy meals together or simply relax. Two loungers and additional garden furniture are at your disposal. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a spacious double bed. There is also a sofa bed for two more people in the living area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the bathroom. Here you can enjoy the unique view from the whirlpool or the double rain shower. The private sauna in the second bathroom is the perfect place to relax. The bioethanol fireplace bathes the living room in a cosy light.



The apartment's technical equipment also leaves nothing to be desired. A large digital entertainment package and four flatscreen TVs are available. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a filter coffee machine and a thermos flask if you prefer classic filter coffee.



The charming dune villas are in a quiet location behind the promenade villas. From here, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade. The museum ship "Passat" is also located here. Enjoy the Baltic Sea air and the view of the dunes.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf dem Priwall

Wir hatten die große Penthouse Wohnung mit zwei Familien. Uns hat die Wohnung und Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten traumhaft schöne sonnige Tage und kommen gerne wieder. Der einzige Minuspunkt, die Wohnung wurde leider nach langer Nichtnutzung und Renovierungsarbeiten nur mäßig gereinigt. Wir hätten eine ordentliche Grundreinigung/„Frühjahrsputz“ erwartet (Spinnengewebe überall, Fenster dreckig, Boden/Ecken mäßig gereinigt, Treppenhaus voller Baustaub, vor der Eingangstür oben Reste von Fliesen,Mörtel etc., in der Sauna Staub/Haare vom Vorhänger, usw) Es wurde nochmal kurz nachgereinigt und mit einer Flasche Wein entschuldigt, nichts desto trotz möchten wir eine Teil-Erstattung der hohen Reinigungskosten von 199€.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Leider ist die Siedlung sehr dicht bebaut. Das Parkhaus ist zu weit entfernt. Das Servicepersonal war unfreundlich.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem hochwertigen Apartment. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern und Whirlpool, Dampfbad und Sauna wurden nach langen Strandspaziergängen gern genutzt. Die Nähe zur Ostsee ist super und der Strandabschnitt war im Winter angenehm ruhig. Die Überfahrt mit der Fähre war einfach und günstig – also davor keine Angst haben. Das Feriengebiet hat noch Stellen mit Baustelle, die uns aber nicht gestört haben. Einziges Manko: Die Küche ist noch recht jungfräulich und ich kann empfehlen große Tassen und Schüsseln selbst mitzunehmen, sowie die Basics wie Gewürze und Öl.

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Architektur der Ferienhäuser ist sehr gelungen. Obwohl es zum Teil noch eine Baustelle ist, haben wir uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Ein kleines Manko, sind fehlende Küchenutensilien. Schön wäre für den ersten Tag wenn wenigstens ein Spülmaschinen-Tab und Müllbeutel da gewesen. Handtücher u Bettwäsche extra zu mieten gefällt mir auch nicht so gut, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sonst war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten zu dritt ein Mädels-WE und haben uns super erholt!

Einfach nur der Wahnsinn. Eine Ferienwohnung so luxuriös wie noch keine. Möglichkeiten die Seele einfach baumeln zu lassen, direkt am Meer. Wir kommen wieder 💖💖💖
