Our house is located in the heart of Naples. It's only 1.5 miles from Naples famous beautiful white sand beaches. Our clean,non-smoking,3 bedroom 2 bath home is surrounded by numerous local restaurants, entertainment and shopping centers. I hope you will enjoy!

Beautiful home

Great layout for a family. Nice & clean with nice amenities (hotel style). Owner was very communicative and easy to ask questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Neighborhood

We had an amazing stay. The house was just as described, the neighborhood was perfect (close to the beach, stores, and restaurants). Simona was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

3 day getaway

My wife arranged for me and my best friend to come down to Fla for a golfing weekend. Very generous she is. Anyway we booked this house and what a great time 3 beautiful days of weather, 84* and sunny. Very nice time and the house met all expectations . Check in was a breeze. Thanks again, look forward to coming down again.

Disappointing experience

We are frequently VRBO renters and diligent with reading reviews. This is first negative experience and felt I needed to share. This was my husband and my anniversary trip. We checked in New Years Eve and scheduled to stay 3 nights. When we arrived the property owner was great and responded immediately as we didn’t get any information. They do seem like nice people. Right away we advised the pool and hot tub were not heating which was the selling point of the house for us. They stopped to check but didn’t know how to fix it indicated the pool service was on vacation. Later that night we noticed the air and heat not working. We sent a text and that was the last we heard from the renters. Fireworks over the house until 2AM capped off the horrible night. VRBO had to mitigate our conversation. Customer Service was amazing! They offered us a refund which was something but we spent two days figuring out new plans vs. enjoying the beautiful area. Location is great. Long walk but within walking distance to the beach. There were other issues but will stop with the big things.

Clean, Comfortable and Centrally Located

My wife and I just spent over a week at the house and we loved it. The neighborhood is up and coming, very centrally located. Close to the beach and Mercato. The owner is the nicest person I’ve dealt with on VRBO. She really wants you to enjoy your stay and gave many helpful tips about the area. They also had some little extra touches to make you feel welcome, like wine and chocolates on the counter when you arrive. Bathroom had new toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo and conditioner. We have stayed in several rentals homes and have never had that so we we were already supplied, but it was very thoughtful. The house was spotless, it was just redone and it’s basically a brand new home. Salsa Brava on the corner had delicious steak chimichanga, we had lunch there and enjoyed it so much we went back for dinner a few nights later. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone

Escaping Winter Weather and Lock Downs

With the combination of snow and pandemic lockdowns my family and I needed to get away for a bit. This property was exactly what we needed. Great Wi-Fi for us all to work from when needed. Heated Pool in the backyard was great. Location was a few minute car ride to the beach. Walked to Dunkin Donuts every morning. Very close. Very nice neighborhood. Owner was very attentive and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back to this property again.
