Wonderful Home

We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully renovated/decorated townhouse. It was very clean and the bedrooms are incredibly spacious. The property is in a fantastic location - just a short walk to Bayshore which was perfect for a run or walk. The property is also minutes from Hyde Park and downtown Tampa. Lando was a kind and super responsive host. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, well-stocked house in great location

Four of us (one adult, two kids ages 10 & 12 and one exchange student, 24) came to Tampa for the Taylor Swift concert for one night. Instead of paying crazy hotel prices, we booked this house and we’re very happy we did! It’s clean (very clean!), well-stocked with sheets/towels and bedding, and the location was easy for us to pop up to the stadium for the concert (about 15 min drive). We were only there for one night so we didn’t spend a ton of time there but the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the host was great at communicating with us. Originally there were going to be 6 of us staying and that would have been a little tight but we could have made it work. I would absolutely stay there again. The backyard is also super cute if you were grilling out or just hanging out in the evening. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location and clean place

Townhome was fitting for what we needed. It’s a block away from Bayshore and a quick drive to a lot of restaurants and shops. Place was extremely clean. The backyards ambiance is very welcoming especially in the evening with the lights.

Lovely home with an excellent finish, highly recommend

We had a wonderful family holiday. This property is really well done, with a really high finish. The outdoor area is really quiet and a nice spot. Lando was extremely easy to deal with and gave great directions to the house and lots of helpful hints once in the house. The surrounding area is great with everything close by. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tampa.

Excellent property and location, comfortable beds

We stayed in this vacation rental for two weeks while our home construction was finalized. Since we live in Tampa we are very familiar with the area and this was exactly where we needed to be. It happened to be right around the corner from my daughter’s school and the house we are building, but if you were visiting it’s a short hop to the beach or downtown so it’s very centrally located. My daughter really enjoyed walking to Bayshore Boulevard while we were staying here. The beds were really comfortable, which was really nice since everyone was sort of disappointed to have to spend two weeks not in our own beds. The rooms are really spacious as well which was also nice because our two year old had to share a room with us. Amenities were great. My only recommendation for the owners is that they invest in some cheap IKEA plastic plates for those of us who don’t want to risk our kids breaking their nice plates while on vacation. I ended up just grabbing some paper plates because I simply cannot trust my two-year-old around anything that can be broken. Thanks for a great stay!

A Great Escape

This place was absolutely fantastic only 16mins away from airport and 6mins away from Riverwalk can't wait for my next trip to Tampa .Host was great property was clean felt like home!!!Thanks will definitely stay again!!
