About this property

The house is located in a beautiful village in Valtura, just 6 km from the town of Pula. It is located on a plot of 2000 m2 which is fenced. The house is located in a quiet place surrounded by olive trees and beautiful greenery. It is a large 120 m2 and is fully air conditioned and has two spacious bedrooms (1 room with 1 bed 200x180, and the other room has 2 bed 200x90), two bathrooms with shower, two kitchens, living room with two sofa beds (200x120), a room with an indoor fireplace and two covered terraces with sun loungers and barbecue area, cot on request. Before the house is a playground for badmiton, mini football and swings, and is ideal for carefree operation of your youngest, while adults can relax on the terrace with barbecue area. The home has its own parking. In the house as well is barbecue (inside and outside), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, satellite TV, CD / DVD, safe, hair dryer, iron, free wireless internet, 3 air conditioning, 2 beach chairs.
Baby cot on request.
The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is surrounded by a large lawn and olive trees, and is therefore ideal for enjoying the peace and nature.
The house is only 6 km from Pula, and 9 km from the beautiful beaches.

Included in the price bed linen is changed weekly in the normal range, 2 towels per person per week, final cleaning, consumption of electricity, gas and water.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, sauber und alles ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und falls nötig sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Marinka, vielen Dank auch für das Olivenöl 😋😋😋

Tolles Haus mit top Ausstattung

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet sehr viel Platz, ist absolut sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig und die Nähe zum Flughafen merkt man nicht. Pula liegt sehr nah und mit dem Auto ist man super schnell in den tollsten Badebuchten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub ☀️!

Traumhaft schönes Haus mit riesigem Garten

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht! Das Haus war tiptop sauber, die Aussenanlagen perfekt gepflegt! Da das Gelände mit einer Mauer ringsum umzäunt ist, ist es super mit Kindern oder Hund. Die Vermieter sind total nett und freundlich! Hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl! Absolut zu Empfehlen!!!

Gerne wieder!

Schönes, sauberes Haus und großem Garten. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Marinka war leicht, sie hat uns zwischendurch kontaktiert, ob alles in Ordnung sei und wir was brauchen. Klare Empfehlung! Und ihr Olivenöl ist lecker :-)

Prachtig huis

Mooi huis, met twee slaapkamers, twee keukens en twee badkamers. Mooie grote tuin. Vliegveld op 500 meter, gelukkig niet veel vluchten per dag.

Ausgezeichnet, wunderbar entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben Ruhe und Entspannung gesucht und hier gefunden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigten. Das Grundstück war für unseren mittelgroßen Hund ein Traum, es ist ringsherum eingezäunt so konnte er jederzeit die Sonne genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen gerne wieder.

!! Immer wieder gerne!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit dort gehabt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bei Problemen, helfen Sie schnell und gerne. Ist eine Empfehlung wert, wenn man eine ruhige schöne Lage sucht. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Eine wunderschöne ruhige Woche erlebt, Entspannung pur

Wir hatten die erste Oktober Woche 2018 einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Valtura. Anlage war sehr gepflegt, dass Haus in einem super schönen ordentlichen zustand. Wir werden mit Sicherheit im kommenden Jahr wieder kommen.

Nur Kleinigkeiten gefielen mir nicht

Insgesamt gesehen ist es ein sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen (trotz "Flughafen" in der Nähe). Kleinigkeiten sind mir dann doch sauer aufgestoßen. Ein wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel fand nicht statt, anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben und wir waren 10 Tagen dort. Die Kaution wird vorab überwiesen und auch wieder, per Überweisung, erstattet. Die Gastgeberin lernten wir erst am Tag der Abreise kennen, bei der Anreise war nur der Ehemann kurz vor Ort. Da hätte ich mir schon mehr Kontakt gewünscht (Ausflugsziele etc.). Trotz Satelliten-TV keine deutschen Sender um mal Nachrichten zu verfolgen. Alles in allem gesehen trotzdem eine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits!
