Casa dia y noche is a newly built (2016) villa, the architect Ramón Mas, in a quiet street, only about 8 minutes walk to the sandy bay Cala Llombards.
The villa is furnished with natural decoration and lighting inspiration and private pool.
In the lovingly created 550 sqm outdoor area of the house you will find many cozy seating area, which invite you to linger and relax. The approximately 4mx8,5m large pool invites you to take a cool dip.
Despite the quiet rural location of this house, you are not far from the shops and restaurants.
Two small supermarkets, a restaurant and a Majorcan bar are both within a few minutes.
In the next larger town- Santanyi gives everything your heart desires. Numerous shopping and shopping facilities, restaurants or even the weekly and Saturday weekly market are always worth a visit.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a pool view and another bedroom with bunk beds. For convenience, the house has been equipped in the bedrooms with air conditioning.
The two bathrooms are equipped with modern design sinks and regendouche.
Large bright living room, with SMART TV, modern sofa, comfortable armchairs. In the age of Facebook, Twitter & Co. you may of course also the Wifi (Wifi) the house at leisure.

The open kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge (SMEG). Dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, modern crockery and cutlery ...
The washing machine and 2 bicycles in the basement.
There are various (sun and shade) outside terraces with Comfy lounge furniture and parasols. The sun loungers invite you to relax.

Wunderbar - alles wie beschrieben & geschildert

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (3&5) Ende September dort und waren wunschlos glücklich. Sowohl die Finca, als auch die Betreuung vor Ort oder Ansprechbarkeit der Besitzer waren hervorragend. Das Haus samt tollem Pool bieten alle Möglichkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder und können dieses Objekt so jedem nur empfehlen! Besten Dank an Regine & Sabine & viele Grüße, CF

Tolles Haus mit viel Komfort

Wer ein gepflegtes, sauberes Haus sucht und Wert auf Dinge wie hochwertige Einrichtung, eigener Pool, Klimaanlage etc. legt, ist hier genau richtig. Ein wunderschönes, sehr modernes, durchdachtes und helles Haus!

Obwohl es nicht weit ist zum Strand, bleibt man auch sehr gerne im Garten mit Pool. Man ist im Garten absolut ungestört, da zu beiden Nachbarn Sichtschutz besteht. Fussbodenheizung sowie auch Klimaanlage ergänzen das Haus optimal zu jeder Jahreszeit. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Top moderne Ferienvilla

Wir waren schon oft in dieser sehr schönen Gegend und nun in der Casa dia y noche. Wir haben unseren 3 wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage, Ausstattung und Hilfsbereitschaft waren überwältigend. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Lovely stay at casa 'dia y noche'

We spent the holidays in casa 'dia y noche' during one week. We had a friendly, warm welcome at arrival. The house provided everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation: Inside the house, bed & bathrooms (2x) were nice and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped Outside the house we found a large and modern pool, a sunny terrace with sunbeds, and the beach is at walking distance. the BBQ also did great and the garden was looked-after. We highly recommend 'casa dia y noche' and no doubt we will come back to spend another holidays!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 1 Woche Osterurlaub auf Mallorca verbracht. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt und so haben wir den Pool und die Terrasse ausgiebig genutzt. Im schönen Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!
