Cottage #1 with a Creek and Lake, 15 miles from Lassen NP
The cozy cottage at Living Springs Resort in the woods with majestic tall pine trees close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. There's also a lake and a creek on the 18 acre property where you can relax in the natural and peaceful wooded setting. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome here.
**As per the resort rules, the responsible guest must be 21+ and provide a credit card and valid Govt issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
This is a 1 bdrm cottage with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a leather pull-out sofa bed and a futon in the living room that can function as a bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances like a gas range stove, microwave and fridge, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, all cookware and dishware provided, plates, cups glasses, bowls and all utensils for your convenience.
Full bath with a shower tub, all toiletries and towels provided.
There is a TV, but no cable. There is also a DVD player with 20 random movies.
Outside in the yard is a picnic table, bbq grill and a fire pit for some s’mores or just for ambiance. No lake access from this cottage, it is located behind the cottage but there are trees and bushed in between the cottage and lake.
Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible. Do not leave garbage around, please put the trash in a trash bag/can.
We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels near the entry door upon leaving. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
Pets Owners: There is a one time pet fee of $50 per stay. Max 3 pets allowed.
If you are bringing your pets, please let us know! No breed restrictions, but your dog must be on a leash at all times (when walking outside). You must pick up after your pets.
WI-FI:
Wi-fi available but could be spotty.
Best area to get connected is around the office. There is a sitting area in front of the office where you can connect.
The campground offers an RV style 4 prong 50A EV charger for $50 a charge.
