Cozy back yard is great for entertaining with patio table, grill, fire pit, and heated pool. Located near the 101 freeway it has easy access to North Scottsdale and 30 mins to Cave Creek AZ. The Mayo Clinic is minutes away and the TPC Scottsdale golf course is 15 mins away via the 101 fwy. In close proximity to shopping, restaurants and golf courses. The garage has been made into a gaming area with pool table, table tennis, dart board, and corn hole boards.
