For rent just outside of Jalon in a quiet location on a 10,000 m2 private property, 3 1/2 room finca (arched house) with 2 large terraces and outdoor seating.
Direct access to the 10x5 m swimming pool with Roman steps, sufficient deck chairs and a closed outdoor shower. The whole property is framed by a light pine forest, which provides shade and pleasant air even on hot summer days. For your safety, the area is under video surveillance and guarded by a free-running, family-friendly dog.
The Finca Janine has a spacious living room with satellite TV, air conditioning, as well as an open kitchen area (bar) and a privacy-protected breakfast terrace. The kitchen offers modern comfort
(Stove with oven, dishwasher, combination fridge, microwave, juicer, fully automatic coffee machine etc.)
The functional shower and toilet is in the back of the house and offers enough storage space for bath, washing and care utensils.
There are 2 bedrooms, the larger of which is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe and double bed. The second room offers single beds and a chest of drawers. Bathroom and bed linen are provided. The separate wash house with tumbler can also be used.
Sporty guests can use the fitness room, the use of the sauna is charged separately and must be registered (preheating time 2 hours).
The region is characterized by the cultivation of grapes. Many two-wheeled teams also spend their training camps here.
In the nearby village (5 minutes on foot) there are various restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. Since Jalon is (still) a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Playa, the prices are quite moderate.
Thanks to its central location, the popular beaches of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe can be reached in around 15 - 20 minutes by car.
A covered parking space is available so that you can sit in your vehicle on hot days.
