Welcome to The Loft at Hilltop Acres! This spacious and stylishly designed loft features stunning views, ample natural light, and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Loft at Hilltop Acres is the perfect destination with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Relax and enjoy our spacious property located a quick 20 minutes from downtown and Fort Campbell!

Disclaimer: This is one of three private units at the residence. The yard is shared by all guests.

This fully-furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit has incredible views of our 5-acre estate. There is also a cozy multi-purpose kitchenette & living area in the upstairs portion of our home. While we call it a kitchenette, the appliances are all full-size including a stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. In the same room is a dinette table, couch and Smart TV. The rear bedroom has an attached bathroom which can also be accessed from the living area. The second bathroom is shared by the second and third bedroom. All of the bedrooms have Smart TVs, ideal for streaming your favorite shows.

Guest Access:
Your private suite entrance is in the front of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

Please park on the driveway in the front of the house or on the street. When parking in front of the house, please park as close to the house as possible, so potential guests using the other portions of the home can park in the driveways to the left and right of the home (please do not park in these areas).

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and let us know if you have any questions
• Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
• This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Please let us know immediately if you plan on bringing a pet, so we can find alternative sleeping accommodations before your arrival.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
• Upon booking, you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules. In the event any of our rules are violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued. Thank you!

Was really nice but I rented the unit for 6 adults, there was a small table with 3 chairs, only 3 coffee cups and bowls, 5 dinner plates and 1 salad plate. The outside was wonderful but the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it. I would stay there again.

Beautiful place!

We were there to see my son off as he was headed overseas. The place was great and the area quite peaceful. I was a pinch concerned with other renting a different part of the home that same weekend, but we didn’t see them once. So even though there are others on the property, they have it set up with complete privacy in mind for each unit. Very well thought out. Beautiful area with a pond and firepit and outdoor lighting. Clean inside and out. Beds comfy! Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for allowing us to stay. I’m certain we will stay again.
