A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 1 day prior to arrival.
Starting January 1st, 2024 - The new parking & registration policy will be as follows:
Each renter will be issued ONE parking pass and armbands for $40. A second parking pass MAY be issued for an additional $15 depending on how full the parking lots are. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy, then renters will be issued only ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo. Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash. Once 70%(+) occupancy has been reached you may or may not be able to received the second pass to park in the overflow lot only. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be clearly visible at all times. Maximum passes for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit is 2 parking passes only if space is available.
Paradise is also available for long term winter rentals. Guests that stay at the property longer than 1 month will have a cap on electric utilities. The owner will pay $100 of the electric bill each month, with guest responsible for any overage. Please note that the cleaning fee will be higher for long term stays, which will not reflect when booking through this website. The cleaning fee will be calculated when the reservation comes through, and you will be contacted with the total amount.
