Enjoy the tucked-away cottage atmosphere while being conveniently located between Black Mountain and Asheville with easy access to hiking trails, local restaurants and breweries, and locally-owned shops. After a day of exploring, cozy up around the fire pit with a glass of wine or make tasty s'mores! All of the relaxing charm will leave you wishing for "just one more day" at The Swannanoa Suites!

This home is Pet Friendly, should you choose to bring a pet there will be a $75 pet fee added to your reservation, with $35 for each additional pet. We advertise on multiple platforms and sometimes our pet fee does not populate in your reservation. If you decide to bring a pet, please notify the host, and we will add your $75 pet fee to your reservation. Failure to notify us of the pet will result in a $250 penalty.

Nice
Very nice experience. Could use lamps on the nightstands, but looked like they were just finished with the remodel. Would definitely stay there again. Very comfy.
