This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.

A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

A walk through the area of Bonita Shores gives an exotic feeling of life. In a few minutes you can also reach Doc's Beach House. This beach bar invites you for a cold drink and a tasty snack. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in an idyllic atmosphere surrounded by palm trees and the beach.

Are you traveling with small children? Our cottage is very family friendly. You will find z. Two high chairs, a manoeuvrable stroller, a cot, some books and toys and a lot of sand toys for the beach.

Perfect Getaway
This house and location were perfect for our Spring Break Vacation. The house had absolutely everything we needed including a wonderful private pool out the back door. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. It came with plenty of beach towels and beach and pool accessories. The property manager went above and beyond our expectations. Bonita Springs was a lovely place to visit along with warm sunny weather and delicious food.

Best so far!!!
We’ve booked several rentals over the years through VRBO and on other platforms. This is the cutest & cleanest so far. We felt very much ‘at home’ during our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The house was tastefully decorated with much attention to the little details. Well maintained! Very close to the beach. We tried some nice local restaurants to which we were able to walk. There is a Publix supermarket around the corner. And what we liked most is the pool. The house is snugged into a safe and quiet little neighborhood. We’ll for sure be back!!

Great Bonita Springs house rental
The house was clean, well equipped, fairly spacious. The pool was great, especially with the water heater. Nice outdoor living area. The host was very responsive, although we didn’t have much in the way of needs. The property is well located, near: Publix, Fresh Market, Walgreens, the Royal Scoop and a number of restaurants, Bonita Beach Park and Barefoot Beach Preserve. Would highly recommend!

I wish I could give this property and host more stars. My husband and friends spent a wonderful two weeks in Bonita Springs. This home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect. A quiet neighborhood that's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Plus, we enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Our host was exceptional. She checked in to see how we were doing. When I mentioned the fabric on a lounge chair had ripped, she quickly replaced it. Service above and beyond. I'm dreaming about my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, beautifully appointed with nautical beach decor. We throughly enjoyed the very private heated salt water pool. The owner was very responsive to any requests.

Great Getaway Week
My Wife and I enjoyed this property as part of a mini Vacation retreat to warm weather. The venue was just what we were looking for. Property and amenities were perfect for our stay, with the pool (which was pre-warmed for us by the host), which we enjoyed immediately upon arrival. The property was located in very quiet residential area, which was amiable for long safe walks. It also was centrally located around many quality restaurants, shops, supply stores, and a short distance to the beach. Communication was very easy with the host, and we stayed with confidence that if we had any issues they would be addressed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We loved the property! Decorated very cozy and loved the bed. It was perfect for my husband and I. Everything we need was at the house. Silly thing is buy cooking oil and paper towels, they are not provided. Location is great, nearby all the necessities. Quick drive to the beach.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Perfekter Lage!
Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Mein Mann war ganz begeistert, wie gut er hier geschlafen hat. Die Matratze ist spitze. Der Pool ist in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und daher hat er den ganzen Tag Sonne.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Vermieterin hat uns erzählt, sie hat drei weitere Ferienhäuser. Die schauen wir uns auch mal an! Alle haben super Bewertungen!

We (family of four) have had great time in the Beautiful cottage in Bonita Beach. Everthing was in best order and especilly the comunication with the host was very helpful and responsive. If you are looking for wonderfull cottage I can highly recommend this one. We would definately stay again

Fantastic Host Preparing Me for Milton
I had the pleasure of staying at the Charming Beach Cottage in October 2024 for a vacation/business trip. The hosts were fantastic to work with. Prior to my check-in, Marion messaged me to get water and gas and prepare for hurricane Milton. My plans change quickly due to the hurricane and Marion was great to work with. We communicated a lot for the next couple of days preparing for Milton to hit. Marion provided great hurricane advise, as I am a hurricane rookie. I was blessed to have a host so invested in my safety as well as that of her property. I was not able to enjoy the pool, the reason I booked this property, due to the weather, but it was a fantastic set up. The pool was clean and a great size. Plenty of pool toys and beach chairs in the storage room. The house was clean, well stocked and just comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. An easy drive to beach, groceries, restaurants and North Naples. I enjoyed my stay and will return when Mother Nature isn't as angry. Wonderful house and WONDERFUL hosts. I booked this property because of the pool, but will return because of the house and Marion. Thank you again.

FGCU parent visit
This is a great little cottage convenient to FGCU/Naples etc. We only needed 2 BRs but families traveling with infants would like to know that there is a 3rd bedroom with a REAL crib (not a packNplay) along with the larger bed. We spent most of our time by the pool, both in the sun and the covered shaded area. Backyard is on the south side of the house, so sun is in the pool area all day. Plenty of bed linens, towels etc. and kitchen was well stocked - even though we didn't cook - plenty of options to order via DoorDash and short Uber ride to Ruth' Chris for a nice dinner with our daughter and some of her new friends/teammates at FGCU. 5th Ave in Naples was about 20 minutes for an amazing Sunday lunch. Very convenient to the potential necessities - Publix, CVS Pharmacy and Dunkin are a 3-minute car ride away. The ONLY issue was getting into the lockbox - ask Marion to send you the video before you arrive. After watching the video it was super easy.

Our family visited my father in Bonita Bay for a week before school commenced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boat Cottage. Great location, cozy accommodations and nice pool to take a dip in. We would definitely stay again!

Comfy beach decor home in quiet area but only minutes drive to beach.
Enjoyed our 5 day stay in this cozy home with refreshing salt water pool in quiet area. Only few minutes drive to beach. Beach parking (paid) was ample if there early (8-9 weekends, before 10 weekdays) or after 3 pm. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas conveniently available (Host +/- prior guest supply) at the home for use but recommend checking functionality of latter before heading out. Good to go with mix and match of several on site. Rentals also available at beach if desired/preferred. For those new to visiting Florida rain/thundershowers more common in July and during mid-late afternoon. Lots of food options and shopping along nearby Tamiami Trail, especially Estero region. Host very and promptly responsive to queries throughout stay.

Charming Cottage Bonita Springs.
I attended an anesthesia conference at the Hyatt and rented this charming cottage for my daughters and my best friend to join me. Every bit of this lovely home was enjoyed and we loved the back patio and pool. I will attend this conference next year and will bring my husband and daughters. Even though the owners were traveling in Europe, they answered the phone and answered my question despite the time difference. I hold them in the highest regard.

An amazing home away from home
This property was hands down one of the best we have stayed at! The locations is super quiet and laid back. The pool is great! They also had floats and other beach and pool equipment available. Marion was extremely quick to respond if we had any questions and the check out procedure was the most simple we have ever encountered. We had our baby with us so the crib being in the home was very convenient. Thanks again for everything! Our stay was amazing.

AMAZING STAY
We had a wonderful stay. Our few questions we had were answered promptly by the very friendly host. Pool is awesome, it provides full privacy. (facing South) Kitchen has everything (and more) than you need. Mattress in master bedroom is very comfy, I had a great night sleep. Quiet neighborhood and much closer to the beach than expected. Hope this helps others travelers who are planning a trip to Bonita.... PS: We especially liked a cute coffee shop in Downtown Bonita Springs, called 'Downtown Cafe and Wine' and the Everglades Wondergardens...
