Soundside Private Home w/Pool and Tennis 2 Min from the Beach. Casa Caribe

Breathtaking water views abound from this gated community beauty with huge pool and tennis court, with a short walk to the beach.

The open concept floor plan allows your group to be together watching TV, playing games or gazing out at the water. Prepare a meal or snack in the high end chef's kitchen. Gorgeous cabinetry, quartz countertops, hi end SS appliances (with wine fridge), and every amenity you'll need for food prep is found here.
There is dining for 4 and another 5 at the large breakfast bar.
All main floor living with new carpets!

The king-sized primary has water views and a most exquisite closet set up. The en suite spa bath features dual sinks, a soaker tub and large tiled walk-in shower.
The other side of the house has a queen-sized bedroom with another en suite bath with a large tiled walk-in shower and a separate water closet.
The third bedroom features a queen bed as well as a daybed, comfortably sleeping 3.

All rooms have large flat screen TV's and there is a full washer/dryer for your convenience.

The wrap around deck on the main floor has plenty of room for relaxing and grilling (gas) and up one flight is the perfect spot for a nightcap under the stars. Panoramic island views can be had from this "crow's nest" upper deck.

The ground floor has garage parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for 2. A hot/cold shower and shady "hang out" area are great after a long day on the beach.
Gas grill.

The large community pool is just outside your door and the Gulf beach is a short walk. If you want to get some exercise, there is even a tennis court here next to the pool.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission and a $200 pet fee. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.
Smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Your group of 7 will be in heaven when staying at Casa Caribe where each day will bring something new for you to nothing at all!!!

Gated community beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was beautiful! It has a view of the Sound and is in a gated community near the Gulf. The beds were a bit firm, just in case that's an issue. It was very clean and smelled clean when you came in. It's very peaceful. The pool and tennis courts need some repair but the pool was just across from the house. Blue Moon has GREAT customer service and resolved a request we made within an hour. They are really on top of things to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I recommend this home for anyone coming to the Navarre Beach area.

Quiet stay with a great location

We were a group of five adults on a friends trip and the place was perfect. We preferred spending time at the sound versus the ocean due to rip tide/choppy water. There is not direct sound access but a quick drive to an access point. The house does not provide beach towels but we picked up everything we needed at the grocery store. The pool and hot tub area was run down but functioning. The neighbors were friendly and have great recommendations. The kitchen is stocked with cooking ware, dishwasher soap, and even 2 packs of laundry detergent.The outdoor shower was not working during our stay. Plenty of food options and love music playing close by.

It was easy access through the gate and into the house with the codes provided.The house is very spacious and bright. We found it to be very clean also. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful.There are 3 lovely outdoor spaces with great views of the sound. Morning coffee on the swing was a joy. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The only complaint was no "starter" spices(salt+pepper) or coffee. If you are traveling with your dog, they aren't allowed on the beach or sound. There was a cute dog blanket and doggie treats provided, which was a nice touch. Beach access with parking is a 5 min walk from the house. The beach is beautiful and the water a stunning green. We found a good umbrella and a few beach chairs in the garage. We used the pool and tennis court once. Both are outside Casa Caribe's door. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and there is a hot tub. The pool house bathroom was not open at the time. Publix is a short distance from the house, as is other shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend Casa Caribe for your next family vacation! It was hard leaving this beautiful rental and getting back to reality.

Love everything about this property!!

I can’t say enough about this property and the management company! The house was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen and bathrooms were very high end. I woke every morning to the view of the water and sunrise from the master bedroom. I would drink coffee on the beautiful deck that faces the sound, listening to the water and birds. It’s a 1-minute drive to two public beach accesses that weren’t ever busy. When we had a small issue, maintenance was sent in about 5 minutes. The gated neighborhood was so nice along with the pool, which wasn’t ever crowded and was well-maintained. There are about four restaurants on the “island”, a gas station, among other things, and just a quick trip over the bridge into downtown if needed. The beach was breathtaking. I could go on…! My family and I had our best vacation yet and a big part of it was the comfort and class of this home. I wish we didn’t have to leave, but we’ll be back soon!

My thoughts...

To give credit where credit is due, the house was wonderful. The only thing I would have liked more would be garage access from the living quarters. Other than that, we were all pleased. My only real negative feedback has to be regarding the such early check out time. 9am is just unpleasant. Overall, it was an excellent experience. May return one day.

The rental property was exceptionally clean and decor was perfect for a beach vacation.! We loved it! We especially enjoyed the swing on deck overlooking the sound. Very peaceful and relaxing.
