Quiet family neighborhood minutes away from all Arizona has to offer!

The Phoenix/Scottsdale area is large so car is the best way to get around!

We are more than happy to hear the pool upon request, to offset the cost of gas we do charge a 40$/day fee for heating. For longer stays we will just charge a affordable flat rate

Awesome
The place was clean and the living area was so open it made my stay so nice when my grandchildren came and family for everyone to enjoy eachother with out being crowded in one room. The back yard and pool are amazing. Beds were all very comfortable. All in all I rate this stay a 10 plus and will be asking to book again. Hopefully for Easter.

Overall very clean and nice place to stay. I rated cleanliness down because outside around the pool there were candy wrappers and other small garbage that was missed by cleaner. The owner was very responsive. Great place to stay.

Nothing but positive comments on this place and the owner. Everything was clean, everything functioned as needed, and the owner was responsive to questions throughout the process and our stay. Will definitely consider this place again for future visits to Phoenix!
