It's spacious, airy, comfy and boasts hands-down the most amazing view of Cranmore Mountain. From the huge window in the extra large living room and dining area, you can watch the skiers when you're not out on the slopes yourself. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms ensure plenty of space and tranquility for all. From the master bedroom window you can catch a glimpse of Mount Washington on a clear day. From another bedroom, view the sunset behind the Moat Mountain range.

You will find an abundance of amenities including an open, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a coat room, a washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, free WiFi, "Smart" flatscreen televisions with cable, a soaking tub, a jetted tub, a year-round heated pool and hot tub that is available only to Kearsarge Brook owners and renters. Your rental will also include the use of a ski-locker and gated parking in the best lot on the resort.

Cranmore Mountain is home to multiple, seasonal on-site dining options, tubing, a mountain coaster, zipline and giant swing, Enjoy drinks and food at the Meister Hut at the top of the mountain.

The location can't be beat! Aside from Cranmore Mountain being literally out your back door, it's only a one mile walk to The Village in North Conway. Close proximity to many other ski mountains, shopping, amazing restaurants, Story Land and other theme parks, and area adventures.

**Please note: Cranmore Mountain is undergoing a large-scale base area redevelopment including current construction on a new base lodge which will be located next door. Most work will likely be completed on weekdays and non- holidays, but please be aware of the possibility that there could be some construction activity during your stay.**

Absolute Perfection for Friends & Families

This home is truly MAGNIFICENT. It takes ski-in/ski-out to a whole new level. It's such a special location as it's literally at the base of the mountain amidst all of the action! The home was very beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed - the pictures don't even do it justice! Kelly and her husband were super responsive and helpful with so many aspects (including helping us find babysitters and coming to the home within minutes to help us figure out the fireplace!). Being able to watch day and night skiing (and NYE fireworks!) directly from the deck was such a treat. We feel so grateful that we got to experience this exquisite home and truly couldn't imagine ever needing to stay elsewhere. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The perfect getaway

Short and sweet… 5 Star! This property was perfectly located at the base of Cranmore mountain, perfectly maintained, beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. BEAUTIFUL!!!

Kelly's condo is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. Aside from the tasteful aesthetic the location and proximity of the condo are unmatched. Her check-in instructions were very thorough and she was extremely responsive. At no point did I think to myself 'oh I wish they had ...." - everything you could possibly need/want can be found in the condo. We had a great time celebrating New Years Eve at this condo and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful condo - it was perfect!

Spectacular property

This is truly a beautiful property. I have been renting in North Conway for over 15 years and this condo is exceptional. You will not find anything better in the area. It is very clean, beautify maintained with high end furnishings, in a fabulous location with easy access to Downtown North Conway. The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure you have everything you will need.

Last Minute Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and will definitely be back! Kelly was very responsive to all of our questions. The condo is huge and spacious and every last detail was perfection. Loved the wine cork guestbook and the postcards isn’t he bunk room. The kids loved the air hockey table and the balcony overlooking the mountain! My only suggestion would be to supply more towels. With 8 guests, we ended up having to do lots of towel laundry just to have enough towels for the pool AND showers. Next time, we will bring our own pool towels just to be safe! All in all, this rental was the cleanest and most beautiful we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you , Kelly, for being a fantastic hostess!

Beautiful, clean, stunning views, high end home

Our family of 4 had such an amazing week in this property. It is beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, with high end finishes and stunning views of the slopes and full sun in the mornings. The host left us very detailed check in instructions and was very attentive throughout our stay. She thought of everything we might need and we felt more "at home" than any other vacation rental. We will definitely be back to enjoy this home and the surrounding area in the spring and summer as well as another winter ski trip!

Wonderful in Every Way!

Our stay at Kelly's beautiful condo was perfect from start to finish. The condo is tastefully furnished, spotless and spacious enough for our group of 7 to spread out. Kelly was a wonderful host, answering all of my questions and providing us with everything we needed to have an amazing mountain vacation. Not to mention the fabulous location which cannot be beat. We will absolutely be back for another stay!
