This 48 square meter 2 room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and is ideal for 2 people. The spacious living room accommodates a modern seating area with sofa bed (lying area 140 x 190) for two more people. The light-flooded loggia is oriented to the west and allows you a small view of the Baltic Sea. The dining table can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The provision of technical equipment for entertainment incl. Blu-Ray Player is a matter of course. The fitted kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. is integrated in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a dresser and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower enclosure and sink / WC. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and bike storage room can be found in the basement. Important note: *** We would like to point out to our guests that from September 2018 the Delbrückstraße in the section Eichenweg up to and including Neuer Weg will be renovated. With noise and restrictions on the house is expected. Access to the property is not accessible (alternative parking spaces are available within a radius of about 1 km). ***
