Enjoy the best sunrises in our renovated house on a private lake with dock and pool! At the end of a quiet road, with plenty of privacy and a large yard. You can kick back and relax inside, spend time lounging in the heated pool, or take the kayaks for a lap on the lake!

This home is on the edge of Westchase, close to Citrus Park Mall, less than 15 minutes to the airport, Westshore, International Plaza, and Raymond James Stadium (where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play). 35 minutes to the best beaches in the world. 1.5 miles from Costco, Wild Fork, and Sprouts. Minutes from restaurants and West Park Village.

Enjoy the seclusion and wildlife including the wild green parrot family that flies into nearby trees every night and deer that are commonly spotted along the entrance!

**We are always working to improve the experience for our guests and as such, there is ongoing exterior and landscaping work on the property (house is fully remodeled).

Immaculate, welcoming, well-equipped, relaxing

Perfect for gathering older siblings. House had everything we needed and was spacious enough to not feel crowded. Beautiful setting. Couches serve as extra sleeping space. Host was very responsive and patient. Will stay there again!

Excellent Property!

We loved our stay here! Ross was responsive, clear with directions, and check out was easy. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. I cannot recommend this house enough! Book it as soon as you can if you’re coming to the Tampa area!

Family Gathering

The property was as described. Plenty of room for all 8 adults. Pool was well maintained. Kayaking on the lake was wonderful. Communication with Ross was excellent and he was incredibly attentive and prompt. A wonderful experience all around.

Great property and great host

Due to chilly weather we were not able to take advantage of the pool but the overall atmosphere outside was relaxing. Ross was friendly and responsive. Would definitely book this property again.

Great place, pictures don't do it justice!

Wonderful property for a get together and spending time with friends, was one of the few times the place was actually nicer than I expected based on the pictures. Great spot!

Lovely lakefront home

We really loved the house and it was perfect for my daughter's intimate wedding. Ross was very helpful and communicative leading up to.ourvisit and while we were at the property. The house is well suited for a large family with lots of amenities.

Peaceful but Accessible

This is a beautifully appointed house, with obvious attention to every detail a traveler may desire. It is in a peaceful, very private location, but so easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. The owner responded quickly to the couple questions we had. We had a fabulous week! Our family of 5 was very comfortable with room to spare.

Fresh Renovation - Great Pool

We really had a great time at this property. Our kids were in the pool constantly. The interior had a great renovation, large kitchen, etc. There were two primary bedrooms one master with large bath and one minor with a private bath which worked great for our group. Lake sunrises were a nice plus. Thanks!

Spectacular Lake Home

We had such an enjoyable stay in Tampa. The house was stunning and the lake views were picturesque. Our children had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We jad extra time before our flight and the owner was so kind to provide suggestions on places to visit. We had a lovely time and woukd definitely stay here again!

Great stay-Fantastic Home

Stayed for almost a week while in town for a wedding. House was in great condition just as listing showed. Great space for watching TV, playing some foozeball, and hanging around with friends by the pool. The lake is a great backdrop in a beautiful location. Easy in and out from the property for moving around the city. Thanks Ross for hosting—had a great time!

Enjoyable space for family

We had 5 adults and 2 kids around 2 years old and there was plenty of clean space and seating for all in the living room and kitchen. The owners were very responsive and helpful. There are many great restaurants a short drive away. We enjoyed watching the wildlife around the lake. It was easy to get to various attractions around Tampa.

Great for family gatherings

We had a great time at our “noche buena” or Christmas Eve family gathering. The property owners, the Stoddard’s, were very accommodating. The description of the property and photos are very accurate. Very clean and picturesque setting. Most of all the lay out and openness of the house and grounds makes it a great place for larger family gathering. We had 21 adults for dinner and did so comfortably, and this despite the fact that we were not able to use the enclosed patio area as we had planned due to the “bomb cyclone” weather that happened over Christmas. Very close to all needed stores but located away from crowded neighborhoods, we will clearly keep it in mind in the future.

Family Vacation

This was an opportunity for immediate family to get together to enjoy each other as we were coming from all parts of the country. The house was beautiful and exactly as the photos described it. So clean. The pool was fantastic. The neighborhood fantastic and some nice running routes! Ross was the ultimate host and responded quickly to anything we needed. We hired a chef to cook for us every day and we allowed the kids to enjoy the pool every day, the serenity in the back was fantastic. My dad enjoyed tea in the back at the dock overlooking the lake ever morning. We stayed an entire week and even hired a professional photographer and the pictures with the colors of the house came out beautifully. We highly recommend this property! We had a phenomenal time!

Westchase house

The house was well cared for with great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't do much cooking there. The house was very clean and the area was quiet.The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a very enjoyable stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Incredible!

When you are traveling with family members who are over 80 years old, it can be difficult to find just the right place to rent. This house was even better than we imagined! Ross was very quick to respond to any questions that we had, and made the check-in and check-out process so easy. The location was very convenient to the airport as well as restaurants, shopping, etc. The house was so beautiful, especially the master bedroom which is HUGE! The dock was an incredible place to relax and enjoy the amazing view and beautiful location. We were in town for a family wedding, so we didn't even have enough time to enjoy all of the amenities that were available. The house was well-stocked with more than enough towels, dishes, closet space and cabinet space for storing food. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on our last morning before we checked out to start traveling home. If we are ever back in Tampa, we would love to stay here again!

Rise up

Very clean, quiet and well stocked home. It was very easy to find. Plenty of floats for the pool. Nice dock for fishing. Great house for an adult trip or family trip with children. Ross was always available to answer any questions. I would most definitely stay here again.
