The stylish and cozy apartment is located in. 1 OG a 1996 built multi-family house in the Eichendorffstraße, Magdeburg-Herrenkrug, a preferred, well-kept residential area on the beautiful Herrenkrug and Elbauenpark. Breakfast is only available on request and prior arrangement and costs € 5.00 per day. On request, a parking space in the underground garage for 5.00 € per day can be used without having booked an overnight stay. Furthermore, there is still free outdoor parking space for your car.

It is a Non smoking apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and offers a very good comfort with fitted kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, bathroom with tub and toilet. Bed linen, towels and a car outside parking space are included in the price. Upon request, you will also receive an individual breakfast.
