The Large outdoor deck offers a place to hang out, BBQ & Relax. (Full Size outdoor dinning table, five burner BBQ Grill, Outdoor Seating, Swing)
Enjoy smores at the fire pit after a long day at the pool.

The home is situated within a five minute walk to the Tennis Courts, Beaver Pool and Beaver Lake.

Guests can use two Kayaks @ Beaver Lake. Adult Life Vests provided.
Guests have access to Pickle Ball Rackets, Tennis Rackets, Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball & two Fishing Poles.

Books, Board Games, Cornhole & Large Jenga are all available for use.
