Vintage home with swimming pool and large backyard

This semi-detached house is located amid peaceful surroundings of this picturesque village. It was completely renovated in 2008. The rustic details and the open fireplace add to the charm of the house, while the spacious plot with a beautiful view of the The holiday house is surrounded by a few houses. It is only 15 min drive away from the sea (around 8 km). Bedrooms 3 and 4 are accessible only from outside, through separate entrances, which provides privacy for the guests.

The deck has been set up for your comfort with a swimming pool, sundeck with sun chairs and umbrellas, external BBQ, covered lounge area with a dining table for eight persons.

Guests have access to all parts of the guest house as well as both their front and back decks.
You have your own private entrance and private parking and the swimming pool is for your own private use.
Owners house is semi-detached.

You have full privacy, but we are available for any question & tips.

No public transportation, so you need your own or rental car for exploring the surroundings.

Traumurlaub in Kroatien
Es gibt ihn doch noch, den Traumurlaub. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft direkt herzlich begrüßt und in dass Haus/Gelände eingeführt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigen könnte. Die Vermieterin begrüßte uns mit einem Willkommensgetränk und stellte uns eine große Portion gegrillte Sardinas auf den Tisch. Während de gesamten Urlaubs von 2 Wochen waren sie stets um uns bemüht, ohne dabei Aufdringlich zu wirken. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben den Urlaub bei Ihnen sehr genossen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Sehr nette Vermieter, gute ruhige Lage, Zimmer sauber , Haus gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank teils gefüllt. Bei Ankunft sogar Abendessen vom Vermieter bekommen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Kroatien
Wir haben uns bei Vivien und Roberto sehr wohlgefühlt .Das Haus und die Lage waren super und natürlich der Pool.Es ist für zwei Familien sehr gut geeignet , da es zwei abgeschlossene Wohnungen sind .Die Küche ist gemeinsam zu benutzen.Die Vermieter geben tolle Tips und wo die besten Stände sind.Wir können es nur weiteremfehlen.

Gelungener Urlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub bei Vivjen und Roberto. Beide haben sich die größte Mühe gegeben, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen und den Urlaub genießen. Wir können das Haus der beiden nur empfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an die beiden tollen Gastgeber. Wunderbar
Das Grundstück war so groß, dass wir unseren Hund immer frei laufen lassen konnten. Die Vermieter waren so herzlich zu uns. Sie haben immer gefragt ob uns etwas fehlte oder etwas kaputt war, dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Alles war perfekt. Wir werden bestimmt noch oft wiederkommen

Bester entspanntester Urlaub aller Zeiten
Die Familie sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus toll und mit allen eingerichtet was dazu gehört. Der Pool ein Hammer. Für Kinder toll weil abgelegen, für Teenies eher langweilig. Einziger Nachteil: Man braucht für alles ( einkaufen, essen gehen, Meer usw.) das Auto. Sehr hundefreundlich! Musste zum Arzt wegen Mittelohrentzündung. In Labin ein Touristenarzt - sehr kompitent. Fazit: sehr zum empfehlen!!!!

Het huis heeft alle comfort tot in de kleinste details. Het zwembad met het warme weer was als een oase. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder aardige mensen, die discreet waren maar er aliijd waren voor tips en vragen. Het ontvangst met een glaasje likeur en een grote schaal gefrituurde sardientjes waren niet alleen lekker maar ook eenwelkom om niet te vergeten.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem superschönen Haus und netter Atmosphäre
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und die Vermieter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns gefühlt wie gute,alte Freunde. Die beiden Haushälften sind liebevoll eingerichtet, der Pool und das Grundstück supertoll. Uns (Großeltern, Eltern und den beiden Kiddies 3 und 7 Jahre) fiel der Abschied nach den beiden Urlaubswochen sehr schwer. Wir können das Haus und einen Aufenthalt bei Vivyen und Roberto nur wärmstens empfehlen

Unbeschreiblich schön!
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich ausserordentlich schön! Die Bilder sind ja schon super aber in Live ist es der Wahnsinn. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich Herzlich und wahnsinnig nett. Man fühlt sich als Teil der Familie. Der Aktivitätenplatz für die Kinder ist riesig! Absolut toll für Familien mit Kindern. Insgesamt ist das ganze Ambiente einfach irre schön. Wunderschöne Landschaften, sehr zentral obwohl doch ein bisschen ausserhalb, tolle Olivenbäume vor der Tür! Also ich würde es zu 1000% weiter empfehlen. Hier mache ich definitiv öfter Urlaub...!!!

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit einem liebevollem Vermieterpaar. Entspannen Sie im traumhaften Pool, verbringen Sie schöne Abende in der Konoba oder am beleuchteten Pool. Ruhige Lage und die Nähe zur Stadt, all das finden Sie bei dieser Traumunterkunft. Besser kann der Urlaub in Kroatien nicht sein.

Sehr schöne Umgebung
Wunderschöner Pool und Außenbereich, Entspannung pur vorprogrammiert! Kurze Strecken zum Strand Trget und Rabac. Unserer Meinung nach das beste Preis Leistungs Verhältnis! Zum Empfehlen!
