These modern villa is located at two of the most spectacular beaches in the middle of the nature protection area of the Western Algarve. It offers a 180 ° breathtaking ocean view. The 265 qm house is equipped with every comfort, heated pool, underfloor heating in all levels (with cooling system), well equipped kitchen, contemporary furniture, weber grill station, internet and satellite TV. It is located 20km from Lagos with its colorful life and its wonderful beaches as well. The western Algarve is absolutely the best surfers paradise with lots of surf schools. Aljezur is 5 km away and has different shopping possibilities, the busy touristic areas of the south algarve with 80 golf courses (Lagos, Sagres, Portimao, Albufeira) is to reach in 30-45 min by car drive. You can find in the surrounding fine dining, wonderful landscape, horse riding, scuba diving, adventure parks, tons of outside activities and a very special piece of earth, for people who appreciate the nature beside the touristic noise.

What a property. What a stay. This house is truly amazing. The kitchen is really well equipped. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining. And the location to the beach and local eats is a bonus. Filipa the property manager welcomed us to the house and was super responsive with communications. Stay here if you can!

Commençons par les informations précises et accueillantes fournies par l’hôte ainsi que ses délicates attentions. Ensuite, nous avons été accueillis de manière ultra professionnelle par Filipa qui nous a fourni de précieux conseils pour la suite de notre séjour. Enfin, que dire de ce lieu préservé, de cette vue extraordinaire, de ces couchers de soleil uniques. Les enfants ont goûté aux joies du surf, la famille s’est régalée tant dans les restos que dans cette villa d’architecte extrêmement bien pensée et équipée et à la localisation juste parfaite. Le seul regret est d’avoir dû quitter cet endroit magique, heureusement les souvenirs resteront! Évidemment à conseiller sans réserve ☺️. Semaine de bonheur XXL 🤩! Grazie, Manu et les enfants

Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Begrüßung war herzlich. Uns wurde bei allen Fragen schnell und freundlich geholfen. In der Nähe sind Klasse Restaurants und die Umgebung ist ebenfalls traumhaft.

Super schönes Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit 7 Personen in dem Haus. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Der Ausblick ist einfach ein Traum! Sehr schöne Strände mit wenig Leuten. Sehr ruhige Lage zum totalen abschalten! Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen!!

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dieser Traum-Villa und wieder begeistert. Ausstattung, Betreuung, Lage, Restaurants ... es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Und wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, einfach 30 km an die Südküste fahren und sich in die Sonne legen! Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Tolles modernes Haus mit unglaublichen Meerblick
Lage wie Ausstattung des Hauses sind super. Kurze Wege zu tollen Stränden im wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet und sehr guten Restaurants. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Der Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Gut ist, dass der Pool geschlossen werden kann, was vor allem mit kleinen Kindern eine grosse Sicherheit ist. Und dazu noch der wunderschöne Meeresblick aus fast allen Zimmern. Einfach ein schöner Ort für Ferien.

Ein Traumurlaub wird wahr!
Schon bei dem 1. Kontakt im August 2017 hatte ich das Gefühl, die machen das Spitze. Meine Freunde informiert und gebucht. Die Organisation, die Hausverwaltung, einfach Spitze. Nun zum Haus! Es geht fast nicht mehr zum steigern. Die Zimmer + Küche + Pool + Ausblick, der Hammer. In 8 Minuten im Supermarkt in dem schönen Aljezur. Ausflüge sind in max. 1 Stunde zu machen. Für mich und meine Freunde steht fest. da kommen wir wieder her.

Tolles Haus in phantastischer Umgebung
... der Überschrift ist eigentlich nichts hinzu zu fügen .... Es sieht wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern aus. Wir können nur empfehlen, den Restaurantempfehlungen zu folgen. Vor allem das "Gulli" ist phantastisch.... Wir (9 Personen) können dieses Haus zu 100% empfehlen.

Gorgeous villa in Algarve area still unspoiled by the tourist mob
We are two families of four and stayed in the villa for one week in August of 2017. The villa is superb with amazing ocean views, contemporary furnishing, and all the modern appliances. Uta, the owner, and Phillipa, the property manager were very helpful before and throughout our stay. The surrounding area so far has resisted the mass tourism while there are still some great dining options and various activities. It is a favored by surfers, which we are not, but we still had an amazing vacation. Local beaches are great with some breathtaking scenery. Be warned, if you have never been to this part of Algarve it may get windy during the day and chilly at night, even in July and August, so if you are looking for a hot lazy summer vacation this area may not be for you.

Dem Ursprung so nah !!!
Wer das Meer, die Ruhe und einen unglaublichen Ausblick in die unberührte Natur und den Atlantik liebt und trotzdem auf Luxus beim wohnen nicht verzichten möchte ,sollte sich diese wunderschöne Villa unbedingt genauer anschauen. Sie ist es sowas von Wert ! Ich habe mich selten so gut erholen können wie hier.

Wundervolles Ambiente, Natur und Erholung pur !
Wir haben im Frühjahr diesen Jahres eine herrliche kleine Auszeit an diesem wundervollen Ort verbracht. Fernab vom Massentourismus, am Naturschutzgebiet nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt befindet sich dieses traumhafte Ferienhaus. Die Anfahrt war dank der guten Beschreibung leicht zu meistern. Es erwartete uns ein kleines Paradies! Eine liebevoll eingerichtete, perfekt ausgestattete, sehr gepflegte, traumhafte Villa zum Wohlfühlen mit einem phantastischen Blick! Man ist überwältigt! Fußläufig gut erreichbare herrliche Naturstrände mit kleinen Cafes und Restaurants laden zum relaxen und genießen ein. Die nähere Umgebung lässt sich über kleine Wanderwege herrlich erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im ca. 10 Autominuten entfernten Aljezur ausreichend vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an nichts.. wir hatten eine wunderbare, entspannte Urlaubszeit und haben dieses Paradies sehr genossen! Wir kommen gern wieder an diesen herrlichen Ort! Vielen Dank!

Great hollidays in this beautiful house with amazing sea views. Everything was nice and clean. Great spot for surf and hiking .Quite at night, a short walk to the amazing Monte Clérigo beach and nice restaurants. Definately a place to return.

Algarve at its best
Ein wunderschönes Haus, das mit sehr viel Liebe und Gespür für Schönes eingerichtet wurde und bei dem man sofort merkt, dass die Besitzer wollen, dass man sich bei ihnen wohl fühlt. Und so war es auch: perfekt eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Haus, super sauber und gepflegt, wundervolle Lage, traumhafte Aussicht, tolle Strände, schönste Wanderwege, nette Cafés, kleine Restaurants, alles wie beschrieben, im Erleben nur noch viel schöner. Und trotz allem Luxus lädt das Haus auch große Familien mit Kindern ein.

Mit allen Sinnen genießen....
Es ist noch traumhafter als Bilder und Beschreibung vermuten lassen. Nicht nur, dass wir die perfekte Woche im Mai erwischt haben; Sonne pur, alles grün - nein, wir haben dieses auch noch in einer phantastischen Villa genießen können. Liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, super sauber und so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Urlaub ab der 1. Minute! Und dann der Wahnsinns-Panorama-Blick; egal wo man sich befindet, man kann sich am Atlantik und der Natur nicht sattsehen. Achtung Suchtgefahr. Dazu der Brandung lauschen und die herrliche Luft schnuppern. Wer sich mit allen Sinnen erholen möchte, ist hier sowas von richtig! Bei Fragen oder Problemen hilft die gute Seele Filipa. Einfach anrufen und sie ist zur Stelle oder kümmert sich. Das rundum-sorglos-Paket. Unser Lieblingsstrand und -Ort: Monte Clerico - 500 m zu Fuß. Dort gibt es auch ein tolles Restaurant, das o'Salgo. Die Sangria ist sowas von lecker. Zum Einkaufen und für fast alle andere Traumstrände und Orte braucht es ein Auto. Einfach losfahren und am nächsten Strand oder Ort Halt machen. Es gibt immer etwas zu gucken, bestaunen und zu genießen. Zum Einkaufen nach Aljezur (ca. 6-7 Min. Mit dem Auto) in den Inermarche' Supermarkt fahren. Dort gibt es wirklich alles. Für Naturliebhaber, Erholungssuchende und "Entspanner" ist es der perfekte Urlaubsort. Diese Villa an einem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde sollte man unbedingt kennenlernen und dann nur noch genießen. modernes Designhaus mit Traumblick
Man ist geflasht, wenn man das erste mal aus den Panoramafenstern aller Zimmer auf diese unglaublichen weite des Meeres und die ursprüngliche Landschaft schaut. jeden tag von neuem, jeden morgen und jeden Abend. Wir haben die Zeit mit unseren Kindern hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, der Pool war angenehm temperiert. Die Hausdame Filippa hat ein kleines Problem umgehend gelöst. Die Strände sind fußläufig und für Sportliche und Surfbegeiste ein Paradies. Die kleine Siedlung bietet sonst keine Highlights. Einkaufen kann man gut im 5 min entfernten Aljezur. Es war auch mit quirligen Kindern für uns die totale Entspannung. Ein Ort zum chillen, Natur geniessen und zum wiederkommen. Danke

Traumhaft
Die Lage diese Ferienhauses ist super. Echter 180 Grad Meerblick und schönes Wetter. Das Haus und alle Zimmer wurden wie in der Beschreibung und sauber aufgefunden. Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung für jemanden der gerne am Tag surfen geht oder am Strand relaxen will und sich Abends in den beheizten Pool geben will um sich zu entspannen. Echt toll! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
