New Mallorcan vacation home - unobstructed views + private pool

Our cottage is located in a region with countless beautiful bays with crystal clear water, authentic villages and a breathtaking landscape. This and the international audience make the southeast of the island unique, and it impresses with its pristine beauty and the diversity of the landscape. It is located in the beautiful village of Cala Murada near the beach on the kilometer-wide nature reserve between Cala Murada and Porto Colom.

The distance to the beautiful beach with magnificent restaurant is approximately 900 m. The sea can be seen from the house. It has three large, shady terraces with comfortable furniture and a large table for cozy meals and balmy summer evenings. Prior to the bedroom is a terrace with incredible atmosphere at night. Relaxation is guaranteed here. The spacious garden is fenced, surrounded by a cypress hedge.

A few meters from the house is the private community pool with sunbathing areas, playground, water loungers, cafeteria and terrace for free. A true paradise for children and adults. Nearby are the marinas of Porto Colom and Porto Christo. In Cala Murada all basic services are for everyday ready: restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. Only 5 km away is the golf course Vall D'Or, one of the most beautiful on the island.

The cozy living room has SAT TV, free WIFI / WLAN / Internet access and music system. The couch is extendable. The dining room for 6 people located in the living area. The well-equipped with spacious refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher and washing machine kitchen is separate. In addition, everything is available, what is needed for witty Cooking: coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, blender. Spices and tabs are always free.

The house has 2 bedrooms. The ground floor is the children's or guest rooms with spacious closet and a double bed, which can be easily transformed into 2 single beds. there is a TV set on the wall. Next to it is a bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with closet and a bathroom (hair dryers are available in both bathrooms) and direct access to the roof terrace. From here you can look down to the sea or just once retreat. For occasional typing in the bedroom a small desk is set up. Towels are available for 4 people. On request it is possible to book additional linen packages. In the garden is plenty of space to play, romp or for sunbeds. A lockable parking lot is located on the property.

Key collection is already underway by phone from Germany. You agree with us a time when you arrive at the house. Then the keys will be handed over to you and you will be introduced to the house. To welcome you will find a small welcome in the form of a bottle of wine and water, and for the little gummy bears. Before your departure inform us by phone and hand over the house again.

Traumurlaub in Cala Murada

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt da und haben den Komfort sehr genossen. Vor allem der eigene Pool und der große Gemeinschaftspool sorgten bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen für Abkühlung. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen genau der Wirklichkeit. Wundervolles Haus - Oase der Entspannung

Uns hat die Reise nach Cala Murada in dieses wunderschöne Haus geführt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, es sind KEINE Wünsche offen geblieben. Alles ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Der neue Pool ist herrlich und wir haben es sehr genossen. Zusätzlich haben die Ruhe und Zufriedenheit der Umgebung es zu einem tollen Urlaub werden lassen. Die Bar unten am Strand können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Den Kontakt/Abwicklung mit der Familie Hünseler und Ilona können wir nur mit TOP bewerten - Dankeschön. Wir werden dieses Objekt ganz sicher wieder besuchen. Liebe Grüße - SAM

Wundervoller Urlaub

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sauber und schick. Der Garten und der Pool sind natürlich ein Traum. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool! Die Lage war für uns genau richtig: ruhig, etwas abgelegen, aber trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell im Ortskern oder eben in 15 Minuten in einer größeren Stadt. Wir kommen wieder!

Toller Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende

Das Objekt entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, zwei Doppelzimmer mit zwei Bäder. Für vier Personen absolut geräumig. Alles war sehr sauber, prima Matratzen, Bettwäsche und genügend Handtücher waren inbegriffen. Küchenausstattung sehr üppig, alles was man zum Kochen braucht war vorhanden, sogar eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel und Mülltüten auch vorhanden. sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln. Dusche im Garten vorhanden. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Gemeinschaftspool mit großen Becken in 3 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden, sogar eine Toillette. Die Entfernung zum Strand sind zu Fuß 15 min, mit dem Auto 3 min. Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Ort Cala Murada gibt es genügend Restaurants mit durchweg guter Qualität und normalen Preisen. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos mit einem Schlüsselsafe und die Eigentümer haben uns mit tollen Restauranttipps versorgt. Generell war der Kontakt außergewöhnlich freundlich und alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist toll und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Vermisst haben wir einen eigenen Pool, den die meisten umliegenden Häuser haben. Der Gemeinschaftspool des Wohngebiets ist jedoch super, aber eben ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Schön wäre, wenn eine zweite Garnitur Pooltücher vorhanden wäre.

Alle top!

Wir haben hier zu viert unseren Sommerurlaub (2.5 Wochen) verbracht. Eine tolle und erholsame Zeit! Man kommt an und fühlt sich sehr schnell zu Hause. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen (sehr positiv ist uns die gute und vollständige Küchenaustattung aufgefallen!). Besonders genossen haben wir die lauen Abende auf dem Balkon (über der Terrasse) mit Blick über das Naturschutzgebiet. Der Kontakt sowohl zu den Vermietern, als auch zu der Ansprechpartnerin (Ilona) vor Ort, war sehr angenehm. Auf Fragen wurde immer unverzüglich reagiert. Sehr sympathische Kontakte! Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Agréable séjour proche de la plage

Agréable séjour, Très belle villa, propre et fonctionnelle. Belle Piscine communautaire à 5 min à pieds. Dommage que toutes les chaînes de la télévision soient en allemand. Aucune chaîne locale, ni espagnole, ni étrangère.

Lovely spacious villa with stunning views

We stayed here for two weeks with our two children aged 6 and 3 and the villa was lovely. Light, airy, well equipt and clean. We loved using the Webber grill for cooking on the terrace and the two upstairs terraces were great for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. The villa had uninterrupted views of the nature reserve at the back and so felt very private despite being on a large estate. The communal pool was just down the street, very big, clean and never too busy. The only downside - you really do need a car to venture further or go shopping (but you can use online shopping here - we did it was very efficient). There are three great restaurants we tried in cala murada, rustic was our favourite with tapas and barbeque and lovely friendly owners.

Erholsame Tage in Cala Murada

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub, auch wegen des sehr gepflegten und großzügigen Hauses. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, so dass man nichts vermißt. Besonders die Klimaanlagen (unten zwei und oben eine) haben sich in diesen heißen Tagen sehr bewährt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe und direkte Nähe zum Naturreservat sehr genossen. Die Hausbetreuung vor Ort hat uns sehr gastfreundlich aufgenommen und uns immer wieder Tipps geben können. Die nahegelegene Swimmingpool-Anlage wurde von uns reichlich benutzt, sogar schon morgens um 07:00h, wenn alles noch schief. Besonders haben mir die Wiedehöpfe gefallen, die Ihre Scheu langsam verloren. Wir hatten einmal 14(!) dieser pfiffigen Vögel im Garten! Sie wohnen ungestört in dem Naturreservat und sind wohl deshalb so zahlreich. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder einmal unsere Ferien in Ihrem schönen Haus zu verbringen. Sehr schöne Villa

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen - es war wirklich perfekt und zu unseren vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet (Küche, WLAN, Parkplatz, etc.) und in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr gepflegt und es hatte selten viele Leute. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Villa, erholsamer Urlaub

Die Villa liegt in einem “Neubaugebiet“ in Cala Murada - sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es werden in den umliegenden Häusern teilweise noch kleine Arbeiten durchgeführt und hinter der Pool Anlage wird bereits wieder erweitert. Wir haben alles notwendige vorgefunden, lediglich eine moderne Kaffemaschine (Vollautomat, Tassimo,Nespresso oder ähnliches) fehlt. Der Garten mit abschließbarem Tor war hilfreich, die Kinder springen zu lassen ohne alle paar Minuten nach ihnen zu schauen. Übergabe mit vor-Ort Service easy und problemlos. Cala Murada selbst aus unserer Sicht nicht sehenswert, aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die vielen tollen Buchten im Osten der Insel.

A perfect house!

We rented the villa for ten days in July and we loved it! We where two families from Sweden, each of us with a one year old baby, and it worked out great. The bedroom upstairs was large and very nice, and the bedroom downstairs was perhaps a bit small for three persons but there was still room for a double bed and a baby bed so we where happy anyway. Everything we needed was in the house, the kitchen was fully equipped and there where toys, highchairs, paddling pools and beds for the babies so we really felt welcome all 6 of us. The wifi worked out great and the garden was really nice to be in and play with the babies, even if there wasn't much shadow there where large umbrellas if we needed shadow. All there terraces had nice furnitures. Nothing was missing! The house is even better than what you can see in the photos and we can truly recommend it! We also loved the large pool area, even in July it was never to busy with people.

Modernes Haus mit Super Austattung

Wir waren in diese Villa zu 4 für eine Woche und uns hat es super gut gefallen. Durch die 2 Badezimmer ist es auch Ideal für Freunde so das jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Den Strand von Cala Murada ist sehr nah und wenn man keine Lust aufs Meer hat kann man auch einfach am großen Pool verweilen. Es war sehr heimisch eingerichtet und die vielen Bücher sowie Gesellschaftsspiele fanden wir eine Super Idee. Es ist auch absolut ruhig in Gegend also kann man perfekt ausschlafen. Was uns am besten gefallen hat: • Modernes geräumiges Haus mit mallorquinischen Style • Geschmackvolle Einrichtung • Gepflegte Außenanlage • Sehr schöner und großzügiger Gemeinschaftspool. (Wir hatten das Glück das wir immer den ganzen Pool für uns alleine hatten) • Gepflegtes und ruhiges Wohnviertel • Sehr gute Ausstattung (Insbesondere die komplette Küche war wirklich gut!) Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen !

Einfach Super!

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche im April 2017. Die Begrüßung von Ilona war sehr herzlich, für die ersten Getränke war bereits bei der Anreise gesorgt und ein kleines Arrangement an Obst und Gemüse stand auch schon bereit. In diesem Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts, alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Es ist alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Ferienhaus besteht nicht aus einem Fundus übrig gebliebener Möbel bzw. ausrangiertem Küchenequipment. Auch die fehlende Dichtung im Duschschlauch wurde nach einen Anruf sofort durch Ilonas Mann behoben. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wir würden hier jeder Zeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Spitze!

Wir waren sehr angetan von diesem hochwertigen, top-ausgestatteten Haus in Cala Murada. Es ist im typisch mallorqinischen Stil erbaut und mit modernstem technischen Geräten ausgestattet, sowohl in der Küche als auch in den Zimmern (zwei Fernseher, kostenloses Internet, etc.). Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie es auch im Internet beschrieben ist. Die lauen Abende auf der Dachterasse mit Blick in das Naturschutzgebiet bei einem Glas Wein werden unvergessen bleiben. Eindrucksvoller kann man einen heißen Tag nicht ausklingen lassen. Auch der große Garten hat es uns angetan: Das Haus steht frei und der Abstand zu den Nachbarhäusern ist wohltuend großzügig. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Perfekt

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Wir haben unsere Mahlzeiten auf den Terrassen genossen, besonders am Abend mit einem Glas Wein. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage am Naturschutzgebiet. Eindrucksvoll waren die Sonnenaufgänge, die wir von unserem Bett aus erleben konnten. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abwicklung vor Ort war sehr gut und zufriedenstellend. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden ganz bestimmt wie3der kommen.
