This property is located in Balboa between 9th & 10th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride our bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- This is the lower unit (ground floor/no stairs) of a Duplex Property
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.

- Washer and Dryer are located in the Garage and are shared with unit B, the home on the 2nd level. (also a rental)
- (1) Garage Parking Spot Provided in a 2 car shared garage. Each unit has (1) designated parking spot.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house.
