The apartment is located in our "House Liberty", a renovated house from the Dresden 1910. Located in Omsewitz district in a quiet location and yet within a few minutes by car, bus or tram in the city center of Dresden, this combines a relaxing and eventful stay together. There are shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is on the first Floor and has a large roof terrace, a lounge with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom. The kitchen has been redesigned and is modern and trendy.

Comfortable and quiet stay
Frau Fiebiger really helpful and responsive. Instead of this apartment, she put us in the larger one with garden on the ground floor. Comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Empfang war sehr herzlich, selbstgebackene Plätzchen standen auf dem Tisch. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Sogar küchenpapier, was wir noch nie erlebt haben. Super!!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist ok, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr sympathische und fleißige Reinigungskraft! Unterkunft ist weiterzuempfehlen

Da fehlt was...
1 Dickes MINUS weil...Salz, Pfeffer und Öl zum Braten, fehlte. Ein absolutes muss, das man sich nach einer langen Fahrt mal schnell ein paar Eier Braten kann. Statt gleich wieder im Auto zu sitzen um den nächsten Supermarkt zu suchen. Ansonsten war alles super!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung Nr.1 Semperoper. Hochpaterre mit direktem Zugang zu einen Garten wo man im Sommer draußen perfekt frühstücken kann. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles da was man braucht, alle Räume sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und einladend. Parkplatz war im Innenhof jederzeit vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt
Schönes gepflegtes Ambiente. Gute Ausstattung, großer Balkon mit Sitzgruppe, haben hier immer gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Gute Betten. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert (Dusche, Abläufe, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher,... Großzügige Versorgung mit Verbrauchsmaterial (Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel,...) Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar (Kaufland mit Bäcker Stölzel), Gemüsegärtnereien in der Straße! Geräumiger Fahrradschuppen. Genügend Parkplätze am Haus und auch in der Straße. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe mit perfekter Anbindung zur Stadtmitte. Gerne wieder!

Advent in Dresden
Für ein Wochenendtrip nach Dresden ist die Wohnung ideal. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind groß genug. Die Terrasse bietet im Sommer bestimmt einen schönen Fleck, an dem der Tag starten und/oder enden kann. Einziger "Minuspunkt" ist das Badezimmer, da es kein Tageslicht hat. Infomaterial ist ausreichend vorhanden und es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Dass wir nun zur kältesten Zeit (-10°C) da waren und mit 20/22°C Raumtemperatur unsere Probleme hatten, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Fußläufig ist zur einen Richtung ein traditioneller Bäcker und zur anderen Ecke ein Einkaufszentrum. Kurz dahinter ist auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle. In 20-25min Fahrzeit ist die Altstadt Dresdens erreicht. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im sanierten Stadthaus, Nähe Zentrum. Eigenes Auto ist von Vorteil. Prima ausgestattete Küche und bequemes Doppelbett. Die ausklappbare Couch ist für Teenager ganz o.k. Größe der Wohnung passt für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit vier Personen. Optimal für zwei Personen oder mit jüngeren Kindern. Die Freisitzterasse ist im Sommer toll. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.
