Cozy 2-bedrooms studio in a great location
The studio is a partition of an apartment with common entrance and kitchenette. There's another studio in the apt.
Flat Smart TV with free Netflix connection and a queen size bed in each bedroom. A dining table, 4 chairs, small fridge closet, microwave and a kettle are in a larger room.
You'll find a plenty of sockets for your chargers.
The location of the property is perfect - it's the most northern part of the city, close to the beach, main freeway exit, shopping center, banks, currency exchange shops, etc. and buses.
All local guests must pay 17% VAT before the check-in.
I make photocopy of all guests' passport. We will make photocopies of all guests' passports upon check-in. This will also serve as a VAT exemption for foreign guests.
