Wonderful stay!

We would definitely stay at this property again. The check in was a tiny bit confusing just because we were not familiar with the area but I called the owner and he immediately answered and guided me to getting in the unit. He is quick to respond and everything was in person as described online. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.

Clean, communicative, and dependable!

James was very communicative from the moment I booked until the very end. I booked this place about 6 months in advance for a metal music festival. Other properties began canceling on other festival goers just days before so we’re happy that we could depend on James to come through! James gave me full entry instructions 24 hours before arrival. Finding the key was a breeze! The place was very clean and the beds were comfy. The area is very walkable and right next to a food hall. Will definitely book again. Thanks!

Such a cute place to stay!

Such a cute place to stay! An older building that has been turned into the cutest lofts. The only iffy thing is how hard it is to check in, but once you figure it out it's great!

The Ideal Place to stay

The Ideal Building has recently undergone a historic preservation and converted into stylish condos. The unit is very nice, super clean and well appointed. The Revelator Coffee shop is just around the corner for wonderful morning coffee. James, the owner is extremely nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful downtown loft apartment!

This was a 5 out 5 experience all the way around. James was very easily contacted. Extremely friendly, courteous, accommodating and helpful. We had a wedding downtown and the loft was in walking distance of the venue and everything else was very easy to get to. Tons of dining and things to do. Everything in the apartment was so cute and modern. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Perfect home away from home! Highly recommend this property and we will be back for sure!

Great location for exploring Birmingham

The property served as home-base for exploring Birmingham for the weekend. Walking distance to the area attractions including the Legacy Arena, Alabama Theatre and Lyric Theatre as well as restaurants and other downtown historic siites. The unit has on-site parking and is perfect for a weekend or extended stay. Comfortable 2 bedrooms on the second floor with bathroom and laundry as well as a full kitchen and living room on the first floor. The unit is well appointed and clean. The host James is easy to communicate with and the pictures and descriptions on line are accurate to what you will find at the unit. The unit is well equipped and stocked with everything you will need for a weekend or longer We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book again next time we are in Birmingham.
