The Shipwreck ⚓️3BR House w/ Hot Tub in Screened Porch Close to Beaches🏖

Enjoy the fabulous character of this historic 1940's home, that we lovingly call "The Shipwreck", which sits on 1.3 acres with 3 other VRBO's in the center of Largo, walking distance to parks. The Shipwreck features a nautical theme with an original fireplace, ship's wheel chandelier, cedar plank ceilings and walls, brand new kitchen, updated bathroom, screened front porch w/ Intex inflatable hot tub and patio seating. The Shipwreck is attached on one side to a 1/1 VRBO, "The Seahorse", book both for larger families!
Please note that this home is attached on one side to a 1BR/1Bath VRBO and a community laundry room. We have taken steps to sound proof for this, but due to the age and era of construction, sounds may carry.
Guests have 2 designated parking spots ("B") in the circular driveway with a stepping stone pathway that leads to their entrance. This unique property sits on 1.3 acres of land with a community fire pit. There's plenty of space to let the kids & pets play as well as being able to walk to a Rec Center w an aquatic fun zone for the kids. Our beautiful beaches such as Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key, Clearwater Beach, and Treasure Island are only a short drive away!

Cozy old world charm

It was absolutely fantastic. I loved the unit. It was so cute and comfortable. Well located hosts were prompt and response to any question I have. I highly recommend this place and the hostess that came with it.

Cool old wooden ship

The place was exactly like the pictures. Everything went very smoothly and the place was super cool. It felt like we were staying in a old fashion wooden ship. I would 100% stay again.

Nice central location between Clearwater and St. Petersburg

Our family had a great time together exploring the area. Only drawback was having only 1 bathroom.

Great Place for a Family

The Shipwreck gave our family of 6 a nice place to stay with lots of room. Way better than being crammed in a small hotel room. Great owners that a very responsive if you have any questions or issues.
