It has 3 bedrooms and is perfect for family and friends to enjoy Tamarindo and Costa Rica! The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen offers indoor/outdoor living space with views of garden and pool. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open up to a patio shaded by a wooden pergola with a sound system. The master bedroom glass sliding doors open up to its own private patio, facing the pool. High-end finishes are featured throughout the home. The community offers green zones as well as a children's park. It is only 1 mile from Tamarindo beach and a 5 minute walk to Tamarindo's largest grocery store.
