At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1!

This condo was newly purchased in the fall of 2020 and the new owner has bought ALL BRAND NEW FURNITURE INCLUDING MATTRESSES in the winter of 2020/2021.

This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

PARKING: Includes parking, one reserved spot in #320. (The other car will have to park in any of the non reserved spaces)

* 2 Master suites – Both with KING size beds.

The oceanfront master offers a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds.

The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbeds.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

This Unit is on the 6th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

Family vacation

This was a vacation with 8 adults and 5 children there was plenty of room the condo was spacious and newly renovated… but all the rules to follow at the pools was a little over board 😵‍💫… like we are here to enjoy ourselves and the “security” was just a little over the top … they would constantly come by to check bracelets to see if u had yours on and of u didn’t u would have to show them that u had one … and if u was in the pool u couldn’t save your chair with a towel they actually said to another couple “no chair saving with towels” so I guess your not suppose to get out of your chair because it’s free game if you do … then a baby had its sippy cup in the baby pool carry it and the mom was told to remove it …. Then they set up all these chairs at the beach that no one rents so it takes up all this room so then u have to put your rent behind those chairs it’s just crazy to me that they set out so many chairs … but pools are nice size there is multiple indoor/outdoor and the children had a good time

Family of 12 Vacay🏝️

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The elevators did not take any longer than to be expected at a summer condo on the beach. Parking garage is a ways away & the staff on our arrival were very hateful! The condo was nice but not very clean. Sheets & showers were not clean upon arrival. Very limited amount of towels for bathing & 0 extra sheets! Overall it was a good stay.

Great condo and location

We had 9 people (4 adults, 5 kids) and this condo fit us comfortably. The condo was very clean and in a good location (both within the complex and within the general area). Easy access to the pools, hot tub, and beach, but high enough that there's still a great view from the balcony. We found some interesting places to visit, for both kids and adults, within walking distance.

Great condo

This condo fit 10 people comfortably and is very spacious. Loved the view of the gulf and being right on the beach. The only complaint that I have, is not specifically for the condo itself, but that there is not a lot of places/things to do within short walking distance. No convenient store, hardly any restaurants real close. Also wasn’t able to get 2 of the tvs on. Other than that, the size and overall experience staying at this condo was perfect for myself and family.

Very good

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We did notice one of the bunk beds had dirty sheets when we arrived. We email the property manager and they brought us clean ones. Other than that we had a few issues (washer hose detached and spewed water out) but the maintenance came by promptly and fixed it.

Great trip!

This condo was very nice and modern! It had plenty of room for everyone and the location was nice. There were a few minor things that could have been better such as a noisy fan, a tv not working properly, and the amount of sand on the floor when we got there. Other than that I would definitely stay again! It was a great trip!

Vacation for family of 12

We had an amazing time at the Majestic. There was plenty to do and see around the condo plus the amenities on the property were nice (pools, bar, convenient store with Starbucks, and restaurant). The beach in fron of the condo gets crowded quickly so if you are wanting a spot right beside the water you have to get up early, we got up at 5 am to take stuff down and there was already more than a few people down there. The condo itself was exactly as described in the listing. We had plenty of room for the 12 of us and we never feel crowded. There was plenty of blankets and pillows, AC works wonderfully, and once you get the TV remotes situated and paired it's smooth sailing. Our only complaint about the condo was the cleanliness of the floors and the faucet in the hallway bathroom. The floors leave your feet dirty and black if walking around barefoot. There was a vaccum provided but we ended up purchasing a broom for easier sand clean up. The faucet in the bathroom just didn’t work well. It spewed water and the knob to turn it one was barely holding on. Overall, we were extremely happy and would definitely consider staying in this condo again.

Family vacation

Our condo was not ready to check in at 4. The cleaning service didn’t get finished until 6:30. We were left with all of our luggage and no where to put it. We got there to check in and they said 4:30 so we went to the grocery store. We got back at 5:30 with groceries, so then we had groceries and luggage and still no condo. Our food was getting thawed and warm. The condo itself could have been more clean. There were plenty of pillows but no pillow cases. The condo was very nice just not very clean. Location is perfect. Pools are wonderful. One of the elevators was broke the entire week so we had to wait a long time to go to and from condo. We did enjoy our time after we were settled. I did call the management office about our condo or being ready and she told me to contact someone else. I said “no, you are the management company, I have already spent time on trying to get into condo” I asked her to contact them via email and copy me and she never did.

Great vacation at the Majestic

Great condo, perfect location. Plenty of room for 3 families and kids. Really liked all the pools and bar/restaurant amenities available on the property. Condo was clean but the floors definitely could use a deep cleaning, feet were black walking around inside. Faucet in the hallway bathroom was junk, it fell off almost every time we used the sink. Kitchen also was barely stocked with enough utensils for more than one family meal, was disappointed not to see any leftover cooking spray, seasonings or dish soap etc that is commonly left in between renters like at other places, but not a huge deal.

Beautiful Unit, Needs Better Cleaning Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. The only complaints I have are that there were several light bulbs out, The couches were uncomfortable and like sitting on springs, dishwasher soap trap was broken, there were dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, and the Keurig had an old pod still in it. While this may not seem like a big issue, being charged almost $250 for poor cleaning service is something that should be revisited by the owner. Service is a two-way street; we are expected to follow set rules while staying on property, and I expect to get a clean unit with working amenities.

Some disappointment

The reservation was confined for 10 guests. There were only 7 beach/property bracelets available. It took 2 additional days and a lot of effort to get the 3 deserved bracelets. No gym key a available and couldn’t use Property host was very difficult to respond and at times took two days. The reservation charges a service fee for VEBO 24 hour assistance , HOWEVER, they don’t work on weekend ! If you check in and there are issues.. good luck! 1 dishwasher pod was available and the guests needed to purchase more. There should be at the very minimum, 1-2 available/day doe 10 guests Keep in mind, your charges are really for 5 days and not a week as check in is not j til 4:00 pm and check out is 9:00 am
