Enter into the open-concept kitchen/living/dining area where you will be delighted to find a spacious, full kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space and classic, wood finishes. The open layout of the space makes it easy for the chef in your group to whip up a meal while staying central to the fun while the large island makes for convenient serving to the nearby dining area with seating for six. Dig into your meal, grab a snack or set up a favorite game on the dining room table while you take in the changing beauty of daylight, sunset and starlight from the nearby window.
The cozy living area features a spacious L-shaped couch, tiled fireplace and a large flat-screen, smart TV inviting you to cuddle up by the fire and take in a favorite show while you watch the snowfall. When you’re ready to tuck in for the night, the couch doubles as a sleep space,folding out into a queen-size bed when you’re ready to tuck in for a restful night’s sleep. Glass sliding doors off of the living and dining areas let in lots of light and lead you to an outdoor patio space where you can light up the grill and take in the mountain vistas in the warmer months.
Down the hallway, find two comfortable bedrooms where you can rest up and dream of your upcoming adventures. The first bedroom features a rustic, log king-size bed, a cozy armchair perfect for book reading, a roomy walk-in closet and a full-size attached bathroom. With a large single vanity and a shower/tub combo and ample closet space, you will have everything you need for total comfort just footsteps away.
The second bedroom sleeps three with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a single twin-size bed, all furnished in the rustic log style serving up classic cabin style. A nearby second bathroom features a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo that makes for easy access from the bedroom or common areas.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and a single parking space, for which a parking pass is provided. There is no garage access.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the midst of stunning and tranquil natural beauty, this charming home is close to the Swan River, where you can spend your days fishing or walking along the river bank. Or you can gain elevation and embark on a day in the mountains with the Colorado Trail trail head a short walk from your front door. The Gold Hill trail head is also close by, making this a gorgeous gateway to the great outdoors. A short drive from the home, you can explore charming Breckenridge's historic Main Street, boasting more than 300 boutiques, shops and restaurants or hit the powder at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Getting Around:
This home is within a short walking distance to the Colorado Trail trail head and to Swan River, placing the great outdoors within quick access. If city and slopes are what you seek, you are within 15 minutes' drive to the town of Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Summit Stage bus is also a convenient option as the Swan Mountain Flyer route stops at the Revette Drive bus stop near Highway 9. This can connect you to the Breck Free Ride buses or the Main Street Trolley that make it easy to get around town.
Other Things to Note:
1 parking pass will be provided for guests to use. Unreturned parking passes will incur a $50 charge.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please do not leave trash on the deck or outside the front door. Please take the trash to the dumpster at the east end of the parking lot.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
