The space

Welcome to a freshly renovated 1,262 sq ft 2 bedroom plus private bunk room, 2 full bath condo that can sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom has king size bed with sliding glass door overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with soaker tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. Second bedroom has queen size bed and closet. Bunk room has barn door that can be closed for privacy. All bedrooms including bunk room and living room are equipped with smart Roku TV's. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook or dine-in around a 4 person dinette table plus an additional seating for 4 people at the island. The spacious living room has couch with queen size pull out and love seat for relaxing after a day at the beach. Each room is nicely decorated in beach/nautical theme. The condo has new luxury vinyl plank flooring and all new furniture throughout. The large balcony has a table with 4 chairs and 2 wicker chairs with an end table and coffee table along with 2 chase loungers for beautiful views of the gulf giving you full relaxation and sounds from the waves crashing! So come and stay at this luxury condo in paradise!! We are self manged so you will get that personal touch and the space is the one of cleanest places you will ever stay!

There will be an additional onetime fee of $90 plus tax paid to the COA upon check in. This covers parking up to two vehicles and wristbands for up to 8 people for use of the resort and 5 pools. You will pickup your parking pass and wristbands at the main lobby.

The Laketown Wharf community is a wonder in itself offering a 3rd floor putting green overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, access to a variety of gazebos and gathering areas, five eloquent pools, a spa tub, a fitness center, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a meditation garden, and direct beach access across the street. There is also a poolside café, spa. There are also several restaurants right on property, Juan Taco, PCB pizza and wings, Sandwich Shop, LuLu's bar and grill, The Press coffee shop and Ice cream/candy shop and the famous Wharf. Laketown Wharf is in walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Course, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and Wonderworks and several other restaurants allowing entertainment for anyone and everyone!

ITEMS TO BRING
We only supply a starter kit of trash bags, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels. So you may want to bring extra or purchase some extras. Make sure to bring Beach Towels, Sunscreen and your toiletries.
