Charge for:
- Local tourist tax CHF 5,00/day/person from 14 years.
- Cleaning of the villa CHF 460 per week.
- Linen-package (bedlinen, towels, bathmats, kitchen-
towels) CHF 280 per week. It is not allowed that the
tourist washes the barony-laundry.
- Covered parking 1 Van or 2 4-pers.cars (if used)
CHF 210/week.
- Indoor-pool (if used) CHF 35/person/week.
- Electric current consumption à conto CHF 200*** per
week = CHF 0,80/KWH/electric current-counter to be
paid on arrival in cash.
***If the consumption is less, the money will be given b
back, if higher the difference must be paid on
departure day in cash.

The Barony is situated sunny and peaceful away from the disturbance of the communal- and cantonal-street between private blind street and the antique Olive-foot-path to Gandria (1,3 km) in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo at foot of Monte Brè (Switzerland's most sunlit moutain)

A green OASIS with scare plants nevertheless near to center Lugano:

Enclosed garden part with fish pond. Terraces around the house, wine-pergola with dining place, pavilion, 2 covered parking-places.

The shared indoor-pool 4 x 8 m (on request and chargeable) with
140 m2 sunbathing terraces with deckchairs, parasols and table tennis is in function from June until end of September and can be
used by persons/swimmers aged 12 and over. Minors must be
accompanied by adults.
Deckchair-mattresses and covers, towels, parasols, ping-pong-utensils deposited in the small garden house on the communal terrace below the indoor-pool for free use as also the washer and dryer.

Because of Corona-pandemic the indoor pool can be closed upon official prescritpion at any time.

However, there is within 130 m on private street and stairs down to the lake a municipal boat- and bath-stage and a small shingle-beach
for sporty people: free of charge.
To the swimming beach "Lido San Domenico" with swimming in the lake ca. 500 m: chargeable.

If the electricity consumption is lower, a refund will be
made, if the consumption is higher , the amount must
be paid in cash on departure-day.

- A possible defect must be reported immediately so
that this can be removed. Complains on or after
checkout are invalid.

- The kitchen and utensils must be left cleand
. Otherwise a cleaning will be charged.
- Garbage must be deposited due to offcial regulations
in the containers at beginning of Via Violetta.
