Will definitely want to come back!

My friends and I stayed at the Villa for a week, and it was truly relaxing! The villa is beautiful and very private. We like to plan and spend the trip independently and the area was perfect for this - beach was 18-minute drive away, and all necessary stores. Jonathan the Owner , , helped us with everything we needed, including a vehicle that he has. It was great to have our freedom, but also feel cared for.

Amazing Peaceful Gorgeous Villa

The Villa was absolutely amazing. When we arrived we were blown away by how beautiful and peaceful it was. There was plenty of space and the house is laid out so nicely that you can all be together as a family but also separarte for a break. AC which is always a necessity for me in DR was great in all the room. The bathrooms and showers were nice! I loved loved loved the pool. I felt very safe, relaxed and happy during my entire stay. The owner was always quickly responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend and hopefully can return soon!

Deceptive

The pool and patio area of this property are beautiful. Biggest issue, no onsite armed security. I have stayed at a lot of properties in DR, and always had armed security. We moved to another property and there was armed security 24/7 that lived right on the property. When I told the owner we were moving due to the the security issue, they told us they had never had any issues. Someone coming on to the property with a weapon and wearing a balaclava would not be deterred by the 18 security cameras. The house is tiny and made of clapboard and steel. The house is done in piecemeal, and the cheap construction is hidden behind curtains and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, but only one pan for actually cooking. The living room has a ceiling fan that cannot be turned on, and you can see the dust hanging from it. This room is very tiny, and I would hate to be locked into this house due to poor weather, no air circulation, no space. The doors (all of them) do not close unless locked. The window do not open! There is garbage around the property, to the side of the house and up at the back entrance by the peacocks. We made the owners aware of issues with cockroaches. Furniture is cheap, the dresser and armoire are filled with personal items, there was even a personal suitcase in the second bedroom. The beds do not fit the bedframes. This house might be nice for a night, but definitely not conducive to long stays. The area is known to be unsafe with a lot of violence.

Merci à Jonathan pour son accueil et ses réponses rapides aussi bien avant le séjour que pendant le séjourL’extérieur de sa villa est superbe, Jonathan nous a précisé qu’il allait améliorer l’intérieur de la maison, on peut lui faire confianceLa location d’une voiture est indispensable ; Jonathan nous avait proposé une solution que nous n’avons par prise car le loueur ne prenait pas les cartes bancaires, or nos cartes nous servaient d’assurance, nous avons loué chez Falco’s Rent-A-car tel 809-554-7437, la gérante Jordalina est super, le prix est intéressantLa conduite en république dominicaine n’est pas si compliquée, il suffit de faire attention, nous n’avons eu aucun problèmeLes dominicains sont charmants et serviables, nous n’avons eu l’impression d’insécurité, sans dout moins qu’à paris, un seul bénol, notre deuxième semaine à été perturbé par des pluies torrentielles inhabituelles à cette époque (fin janvier-début février)

Tolle Unterkunft

Großzügig geschnittenes Anwesen, ruhige Lage, erholsam, einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden gut betreut bei Fragen und Tipps. Große Supermärkte in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Hat alles gepasst.

No puedo esperar para regresar a Villa Lolita... La propiedad esta ubicada a 10 min del centro de la cuidad y a 20 min de la playa de Bayahibe que es mi favorita, la paz que se siente en este lugar es indescriptible. La antencion de los anfitriones Jonathan y Nurys fue especial. nos encanto la distrubucion de la casa, las dos cocinas "me encanta cocinar" y las areas verdes. Juro que regresare..

Mi estadía en Lolitas Village.

Villa Lolita, esta encantadora casita campestre es todo lo que buscaba y mucho más. Mi esposo y yo nos sentimos verdaderamente a gusto y relajados. La higiene, el servicio y la calidad humana de sus anfitriones hacen que te enamores aún más del lugar. Sin duda 10 de 10 y volveremos pronto.
