Beautiful location
Nice property, the location is absolutely perfect and everything that you could possibly want or need is a short distance away. Paul was a great host and communicated everything in a timely fashion. Looking forward to coming back to Arizona, maybe permanently. Thanks again Paul.

It’s the little things in life that make the difference. Everything at this stay has been thought out to make it a great stay. Impeccably clean, stylishly furnished with a cozy vibe and little things like soft towels, a well equipped kitchen, a took brush rack. Paul was very responsive to all my communications and directions were perfect. Five stars, would like to stay here next time we are in town!

Lovely condo and community!
We loved our stay at this North Phoenix condo! Everything is as pictured if not better. The condo complex had great pools, bike and walking paths close. Kitchen well equipped, deck lovely, and even a yoga mat and great space to exercise. We enjoyed also being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. REI is near, TJ Maxx, Target and lots more. Paul was a fabulous host, showed us around the property upon arrival and followed up and checked in regularly. ( it was a month long stay) We had absolutely no issues, and would definitely go back if headed to North Phoenix. Doors to balcony from the living room and bedroom was nice, and climate control easy to use. The golf course and Mountain View’s from the pool were so fun. Soaked after exercise about every other day. Never crowded and the residents are all so friendly!! Loved our time at the Anasazi!!

Very nice stay in Paradise Valley
Beautiful, comfortable condo in Paradise Valley area of Phoenix. Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo is as described. Communication with owner was excellent. Would stay here again if ever back to area.

The amount of shops, stores, markets, banks, gyms, golf courses, restaurants, fun & entertainment, businesses, & things to do in extremely close proximity is incredible.
Across the street from PV Mall. 10 minutes or less to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge & High Street. Close to Freeways (51 & 101).
20 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown & Old Town Scottdale.
