The 2500 sq ft space consists of 3 full bedrooms / 2.5 bath and has been recently redesigned and refreshed for a modern look. Downstairs, enjoy the open floor plan as you walk into dining, living, and kitchen area. Living room contains large sectional couch with a 75in tv equipped with netflix, prime video, and youtube for your viewing pleasure.

Upstairs, consists of the 3 sleeping areas, 2 full bathrooms, and a recreational area perfect for the kids, equipped with air hockey, foothball table game and a bean bag.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a california king bed, full walk in closet, and large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub.

Renton Home
Located where we needed it. Close to grocery stores. The interior of the house was clean and sufficient. Missing a few essentials like enough towels for the number of guests (only 6 towels for 9 guests), no potato peeler or BBQ brush and no kitchen towels or washcloths. Cold water in up stairs bathroom not working on one of the sinks. The worst part was the exterior, lawn not mowed in quite some time and weeds growing in gardens(not like this in photos on VRBO). Also deck had mold growing on it (typical in WA) but should be cleaned off for guests. Had to ask for wifi password. Be aware that the bunks are full size and they count this as sleeping 4 of the guests. Can see Mt Rainier from top bunk. Had fun and neighbor was cool and came over to drink a couple with us. Houses in close proximity.

Nice house but wouldn't go again
The house has an infestation of concrete and/or sugar ants in kitchen and living room. Air hockey table did not work and the neither did the fireplace. The air freshners were overpowering. We spent the first few minutes seeking them out to place outside and air out the space to stop our headaches. The second bedroom was not prepped with pillows. That said, the owner was thankful and responsive to messages. She also let us check-in early as well.
